Abstract
การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ระดับความรู้ ทัศนคติ และพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัย และ (2) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ความรู้ ทัศนคติ กับพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของแรงงานต่างด้าวในบริษัทรับเหมาก่อสร้างขนาดเล็กแห่งหนึ่งจังหวัดสงขลารูปแบบการศึกษาเป็นการศึกษาเชิงสหสัมพันธ์ ประชากรที่ใช้ศึกษา คือ แรงงานต่างด้าวของบริษัทรับเหมาก่อสร้างขนาดเล็กแห่งหนึ่งจังหวัดสงขลา จำนวน 30 คน โดยเก็บทุกหน่วยประชากร เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือแบบสอบถาม ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาและค่าความเที่ยง หาค่าความเที่ยงแบบสอบถามวัดความรู้โดยใช้ KR-20 เท่ากับ 0.81 หาค่าความเที่ยงแบบสอบถามทัศนคติและพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัย โดยสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค เท่ากับ 0.81 และ 0.88 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบไคสแควร์ และวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สันผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ความรู้ด้านความปลอดภัย อยู่ในระดับปานกลางทัศนคติและพฤติกรรมด้านความปลอดภัย อยู่ในระดับสูง และ (2) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ความรู้ ทัศนคติ กับพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของแรงงานต่างด้าวในบริษัทรับเหมาก่อสร้างขนาดเล็กแห่งหนึ่งจังหวัดสงขลา มีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ
This study aimed to investigate (1) the level of knowledge, attitudes, and safety behaviors and (2) the relationships between personal factors, knowledge and attitudes, and safety behaviors of foreign workers in a small construction company in Songkhla province.The correlational research design was used in the study involving all 30 foreign workers in the small construction company. Data were collected using a questionnaire whose content validity KR-20 value was 0.81 and Cronbach’s alpha values for attitude and safety behaviors were 0.81 and 0.88, respectively. Data analysis involved statistical methods such as frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Chi-square tests, and Pearson correlation.The findings showed that: (1) the foreign workers had a moderate level of knowledge regarding safety; however, their attitudes towards and behaviors in maintaining safety were at a high level; and (2) there were no significant relationships between personal factors, knowledge and attitudes, and safety behaviors of the foreign workers in the small construction company in Songkhla province.
