การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) สำรวจความต้องการในการฝึกอบรมทางไกลโดย
ใช้สื่อประสม เรื่องการเขียนภาษาอังกฤษธุรกิจสำหรับพนักงานบริษัทผลไม้กระป๋อง จังหวัด
ประจวบคีรีขันธ์ (2) พัฒนาชุดฝึกอบรมทางไกลโดยใช้สื่อประสม เรื่องการเขียนภาษาอังกฤษ
ธุรกิจสำหรับพนักงานบริษัทผลไม้กระป๋อง จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ (3) ศึกษาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการ
เขียนภาษาอังกฤษธุรกิจ ก่อนการฝึกอบรมและหลังการฝึกอบรมด้วยชุดฝึกอบรมทางไกล และ
(4) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมที่มีต่อชุดฝึกอบรมทางไกล
กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพนักงานบริษัทผลไม้กระป๋อง จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ จำนวน 123
คน ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ (1) แบบสำรวจ ความ
ต้องการฝึกอบรมทางไกลโดยใช้สื่อประสม (2) ชุดฝึกอบรมทางไกลโดยใช้สื่อประสม เรื่องการ
เขียนภาษาอังกฤษธุรกิจสำหรับพนักงานบริษัทผลไม้กระป๋อง จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ (3)
แบบทดสอบก่อนและหลังการฝึกอบรม และ (4) แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของผู้เข้ารับ การ
ฝึกอบรมที่มีต่อชุดฝึกอบรมทางไกลนี้ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การหา
ประสิทธิภาพด้วย E, /E, ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) ความต้องการในการฝึกอบรมทางไกลโดยใช้สื่อประสม เรื่อง
การเขียนภาษาอังกฤษธุรกิจสำหรับพนักงานบริษัทผลไม้กระป๋อง จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ มีความ
ต้องการในระดับมาก (2) ชุดฝึกอบรมทางไกลที่พัฒนาขึ้นนี้ มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด
(3) ผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมมีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเขียนภาษาอังกฤษธุรกิจหลังการฝึกอบรมสูงขึ้น อย่างมี
นัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และ (4) ผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรม มีความคิดเห็นต่อชุดฝึกอบรมทางไกล
ในระดับมาก และการฝึกปฏิบัติด้วยสื่อซีดีรอม ในระดับมากที่สุด
The objectives of this study were (1) to survey the needs for distance training by using multimedia on Business English Writing for employees at canned- fruit companies in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province; (2) to develop a distance training package by using multimedia on Business English Writing for employees at canned- fruit companies in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province; (3) to compare the employees' learning achievement on Business English Writing prior to and after using the distance training package; and (4) to study the employees' opinions on the distance training package. The sample of this development research consisted of 123 employees of canned-fruit companies in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. The sample was selected by using the purposive sampling technique. The instruments used were (1) a survey form of the needs for distance training by using multimedia; (2) the distance training package by using multimedia on Business English Writing for employees at canned- fruit companies in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province; (3) an achievement test for pre- testing and post-testing; and (4) a questionnaire on opinion of trainees toward the distance training package. The statistics for data analysis included the E1/ E2 efficiency index, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. The findings of this study were (1) the needs for distance training by using multimedia on Business English Writing for employees at canned-fruit companies in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province were at the high level; (2) the developed distance training package had the efficiency at 84.50 / 98.70, thus meeting the set 80/80 criterion; (3) the employees' learning achievement on Business English Writing after using the distance training package increased significantly at the 0.01 level; and (4) the employees were satisfied with the distance training package at the high level and with the exercises on CD ROM at the highest level.
