การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) พัฒนาุดการเรียนทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์สำหรับการสอนศูนย์

คุณภาพของชุดการเรียนทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์สำหรับการสอนศูนย์การเรียนแบบร่วมมือด้วยเทคนิคสแตด
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการทดสอบประสิทธิภาพ คือ นักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 โรงเรียนสตึก
ที่ศึกษาอยู่ในภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2548 จำนวน 40 คนโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย
ประกอบด้วย (1) ชุดการเรียนทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์สำหรับการสอนศูนย์การเรียนแบบร่วมมือด้วยเทคนิคสแตด
กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้การงานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยีเรื่องการสร้างฐานข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมไมโครซอฟต์แอกเซส
จำนวน 3 หน่วย คือ หน่วยที่ 1 แนวคิดเกี่ยวกับเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หน่วยที่ 2 ความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับฐานข้อมูล
และหน่วยที่ 3 แนวคิดเกี่ยวกับโปรแกรมไมโครซอฟต์แอกเซส (2) แบบทดสอบก่อนและหลังเรียนแบบคู่ขนาน
และ (3) แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนที่มีต่อคุณภาพของชุดการเรียนทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์สำหรับ
การสอนศูนย์การเรียนแบบร่วมมือด้วยเทคนิคสแตดกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้การงานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยี สถิติ
ที่ใช้ได้แก่ การหาประสิทธิภาพด้วยค่า E,/E, การทดสอบค่าที ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ชุดการเรียนทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์สำหรับการสอนศูนย์การเรียนแบบร่วมมือ
ด้วยเทคนิคสแตดกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้การงานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยีเรื่องการสร้างฐานข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรม
ไมโครซอฟต์แอกเซส ที่ผลิตขึ้นทั้ง 3 หน่วย มีประสิทธิภาพ 81.16 / 82.14,81.52 / 82.14 และ 81.61 / 82.50
ตามลำดับเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด 80 / 80 (2) นักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยชุดการเรียนทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์สำหรับ
การสอนศูนย์การเรียนแบบร่วมมือด้วยเทคนิคสแตด มีความก้าวหน้าทางการเรียนเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ
ทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ(3) นักเรียนมีความคิดเห็นต่อคุณภาพของชุดการเรียนทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์สำหรับ
การสอนศูนย์การเรียนแบบร่วมมือด้วยเทคนิคสแตดอยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยอย่างยิ่ง
The purposes of this study were three-folds; (1) to develop a set of e-Learning Package for cooperative learning centers using Students Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) Technique for Mathayom Suksa V students in Buriram Educational Service Area Four based on the 80/80 efficiency criteria; (2) to study the progress of Mathayom Suksa V students learning from the e-Learning Package for cooperative learning centers using STAD Technique; and (3) to study the opinion of Mathayom Suksa V students on the quality of e-Learning Package for cooperative learning centers using STAD Technique. Samples were 40 Mathayom Suksa V students in Buriram Educational Services Area Four, using the purposive sampling technique. Research tools comprised (1) Three units of e-Learning Package for cooperative learning centers using STAD Technique, namely Unit 1: The Concept of Information Technology; Unit 2: Introduction to Database; Unit 3: The Concept of Microsoft Access; (2) Pretests and posttests in parallel forms; and (3) Questionnaires asking the students' opinion on the quality of e-Learning Package for cooperative learning centers using STAD Technique for Mathayom Suksa V students in Buriram Educational Service Area Four; Statistics used were E1/E2, t-test, percentage, and standard deviation. Research finding showed that; (1) the three units of e-Learning Package were efficient at 81.16/82.14, 81.52/82.14; and 81.61/82.50 respectively; thus meeting the set efficiency criteria of 80/80; (2) The learning progress of the students learning from the e-Learning Package via network was significantly increased at the .05 level; and (3) The opinion of the students on the quality of the e-Learning Package via network was at the most agreeable level.
