ปัจจัยจูงใจที่ส่งผลต่อความผูกพันในงานของพนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัยบริษัท ดูอิ้งเวล อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล จำกัด

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับแรงจูงใจที่ส่งผลต่อความผูกพันใน งาน (2) ศึกษาระดับความผูกพันในงานของพนักงาน (3) เปรียบเทียบความผูกพันในงานจำแนกตามลักษณะส่วนบุคคล และ (4) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยแรงจูงใจกับระดับความผูกพันใน งานของพนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัยบริษัท ดูอิ้งเวล อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล จำกัด การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรคือ พนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัย บริษัท ลูอิ้งเวล อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล จำกัด ที่ปฏิบัติงานในพื้นที่เขต 1-4 จำนวน 852 คน กำหนดกลุ่ม ตัวอย่างโดยการคำนวณแบบ ยามาเน่ ได้ขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 272 คน ใช้แบบสอบถามในการ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การทดสอบค่าเอฟ การเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยรายคู่ (LSD) และการ วิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ของตัวแปรด้วยการหาค่าสัมประสิทธิสหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษา พบว่า (1) ระดับปัจจัยแรงจูงใจในการทำงานของพนักงานโดยรวมอยู่ใน ระดับมาก และทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ระดับความผูกพันในงานของพนักงานโดยรวมอยู่ใน ระดับมาก และทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก (3) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้าน ระยะเวลาการทำงานถึงปัจจุบัน สถานภาพการสมรส รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนและการได้รับโทษของพนักงาน ที่ต่างกัน มีความผูกพัน ในงานแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และ (4) ปัจจัยแรงจูงใจมีความสัมพันธ์กับความผูกพันในงานของพนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัยบริษัท ดูอิ้งเวล อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล จำกัด ในทิศ ทางบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

The objectives of the study were (1) to study the level of the motivation factors affecting the work commitment; (2) to study the level of the work commitment of a security guard; (3) to compare the work commitment of a security guard classified by personal characteristics; and (4) to study the relationship between the motivation factors and the level of the work commitment of a security guard of Doingwell International Co., Ltd. The study was a survey research. The population was 852 security guard of Doingwell International Co., Ltd working at the areas 1-4. The samples were 272 security guard calculated by using Yamane’s formula. Questionnaires were used for data collection. The data was analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test, Least Significant Difference (LSD), and Pearson’s Correlation. The results showed that (1) the motivation factors of a security guard was at high level overall and every aspect; (2) the work commitment of a security guard was at high level overall and every aspect; (3) the different working experience, marital status, income, and punishment affected the work commitment of a security guard differently at the statistically significant 0.05 level; and (4) the motivation factors related to the level of the work commitment of a security guard of Dowingwell International Co.,Ltd positively and at the statistically significant 0.05 level
