บทบาทที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเมืองของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านในอำเภอบ้านนาเดิม จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาบทบาทที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเมืองของอาสาสมัคร สาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน (อสม.) ในอำเภอบ้านนาเดิม ชังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี ที่ส่งผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของประชาชน ในอำเภอบ้านนาเดิม ชังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี กลุ่มตัวอย่างแบ่งเป็น 4 กลุ่ม ประกอบด้วย (1) ผู้บริหารองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น (2) ข้าราชการประจำในพื้นที่ (3) ประธานประชาคมประจำตำบลในพื้นที่ และ (4) ประธานกลุ่มอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านในพื้นที่ ได้มาจากการเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง จำนวนทั้งสิน 32 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์ และเครื่องบันทึกเสียงในภาคสนาม รวมทั้งเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องจากหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ในพื้นที่ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สมาชิกอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน (อสม.) เป็นประชาชน ผู้มีสิทธิและบทบาททางการเมืองขั้นพื้นฐานเช่นเดียวกับประชาชนทั่วไป แต่จะยึดหลักความเป็นกลางทางการเมืองเพราะมีหน้าที่สำคัญที่จะต้องให้ความเสมอภาคกับประชาชนทุกคน ในอนาคตบทบาททางการเมืองย่อมมีมากขึ้นเพราะความเข้มข้นทางการเมือง สำหรับบทบาทที่เกี่ยวช้องกับการเมืองของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน (อสม.) ส่วนใหญ่จะมีผลส่อการตัดสินใจในการเข้าไปมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองในระดับพื้นฐาน เนื่องจากมีความสัมพันธ์ค่อนข้างใกล้ชิดกับประชาชนในท้องที่เป็นอย่างดี ทำให้การสื่อสาร การประชาสัมพันธ์ ในกิจกรรมต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องมี ความราบรื่น และได้รับความเชื่อถือจากประชาชนทั่วไปได้เป็นอย่างดี

The purposes of this study were to examine Role that Involve in Politics of the regular Village Health Volunteers in Bannaderm Districts, Surat Thani Province.
