Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาบทบาทที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเมืองของอาสาสมัคร
สาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน (อสม.) ในอำเภอบ้านนาเดิม ชังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี ที่ส่งผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของประชาชน ในอำเภอบ้านนาเดิม ชังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี
กลุ่มตัวอย่างแบ่งเป็น 4 กลุ่ม ประกอบด้วย (1) ผู้บริหารองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น
(2) ข้าราชการประจำในพื้นที่ (3) ประธานประชาคมประจำตำบลในพื้นที่ และ (4) ประธานกลุ่มอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านในพื้นที่ ได้มาจากการเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง จำนวนทั้งสิน 32 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์ และเครื่องบันทึกเสียงในภาคสนาม รวมทั้งเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องจากหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ในพื้นที่
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สมาชิกอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน (อสม.) เป็นประชาชน
ผู้มีสิทธิและบทบาททางการเมืองขั้นพื้นฐานเช่นเดียวกับประชาชนทั่วไป แต่จะยึดหลักความเป็นกลางทางการเมืองเพราะมีหน้าที่สำคัญที่จะต้องให้ความเสมอภาคกับประชาชนทุกคน ในอนาคตบทบาททางการเมืองย่อมมีมากขึ้นเพราะความเข้มข้นทางการเมือง สำหรับบทบาทที่เกี่ยวช้องกับการเมืองของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน (อสม.) ส่วนใหญ่จะมีผลส่อการตัดสินใจในการเข้าไปมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองในระดับพื้นฐาน เนื่องจากมีความสัมพันธ์ค่อนข้างใกล้ชิดกับประชาชนในท้องที่เป็นอย่างดี ทำให้การสื่อสาร การประชาสัมพันธ์ ในกิจกรรมต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องมี
ความราบรื่น และได้รับความเชื่อถือจากประชาชนทั่วไปได้เป็นอย่างดี
The purposes of this study were to examine Role that Involve in Politics of the regular Village Health Volunteers in Bannaderm Districts, Surat Thani Province. That affect the political participation of the people Bannaderm Districts, Surat Thani Province The samples were divided into four groups consisting of: (1) The local government administration (2) senior official in the area (3) the district community area, and (4) the group of volunteers in the villages in the area. Derived from a specific model. A total of 32 subjects used in this study were interviewed. And equipment in the field. Including relevant documents from various agencies in the area The research findings that the member of Volunteers as a national and political rights, such as the general public. But the principle of political neutrality is an important role to provide equality to all citizens. Political role in the future will be more because of the intense political. For political role of the village health volunteers mainly affects the decision to participate in the political level. Because of the relatively close relationship with the local people as well. The communication. Public relations activities related with the smooth. And have earned the trust of the general public as well
