Abstract
การศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับคุณภาพชีวิตการทํางานของ ข้าราชการตํารวจในจังหวัดนราธิวาส (2) เปรียบเทียบคุณภาพชีวิตการทํางานของข้าราชการตํารวจในจังหวัดนราธิวาส จําแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลและเงินเดือน และ (3) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตการทํางานของข้าราชการตํารวจในจังหวัดนราธิวาส ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ข้าราชการตํารวจในจังหวัดนราธิวาส จํานวน 3,352 คน กลุ่ม ตัวอย่างจํานวน 357 คน โดยใช้สูตรของทาโร่ ยามาเน่ ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การทดสอบค่าเอฟ และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ข้าราชการตํารวจในจังหวัดนราธิวาสมีระดับคุณภาพชีวิตการทํางาน โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (2) ข้าราชการตํารวจในจังหวัดนราธิวาสที่มีเพศ อายุ การศึกษา ประสบการณ์ ทํางาน และเงินเดือนต่างกันจะมีคุณภาพชีวิตการทํางานแตกต่างกัน และ(3) แนวทางการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตการทํางานของข้าราชการตํารวจในจังหวัดนราธิวาส มี 5 ประการ ได้แก่ ควรจัดให้มีค่าตอบแทนและสวัสดิการที่เหมาะสมกับเจ้าที่ที่ปฏิบัติงานในพื้นที่ที่มีความเสี่ยง ควรเสริมแรงทางบวกให้กบเจ้าหน้าที่ที่ปฏิบัติงานดีเด่นเพื่อเป็นขวัญกาลังใจและแบบอย่าง ที่ดีในการปฏิบัติงาน ควรมีการจัดอบรมและการฝึกฝนการใช้อุปกรณ์เครื่องมือที่จําเป็นให้กับเจ้าหน้าที่ ควรมีการสับเปลี่ยนตําแหน่งหน้าที่ในการปฏิบัติงานและควรรับเจ้าหน้าที่เพิ่มเพื่อให้

An independent study on "the quality of working life of police officers on duty in Narathiwat" aims to study the quality of working life of police officers in Narathiwat.
