การสร้างหนังสือส่งเสริมการอ่าน เรื่อง ภูมินามจังหวัดอุทัยธานีสำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 จังหวัดอุทัยธานี

Abstract

การศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) สร้างหนังสือส่งเสริมการอ่าน เรื่อง ภูมินามจังหวัดอุทัยธานี สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 จังหวัดอุทัยธานี และ (2) ตรวจสอบคุณภาพหนังสือส่งเสริมการอ่านที่พัฒนาขึ้น กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 3 คน และนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 จำนวน 10 คน ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ (1) หนังสือส่งเสริมการอ่าน เรื่องภูมินาม-จังหวัดอุทัยธานี (2) แบบประเมินคุณภาพหนังสือส่งเสริมการอ่าน และ (3) แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับหนังสือส่งเสริมการอ่าน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาค้นคว้ามีดังนี้ (1) หนังสือส่งเสริมการอ่าน เรื่อง ภูมินามจังหวัดอุทัยธานี สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 ประกอบด้วยเนื้อหา จำนวน 9 บท ได้แก่ ความรู้เกี่ยวกับภูมินาม สภาพทั่วไปของจังหวัดอุทัยธานี ภูมินามตั้งตามลักษณะภูมิประเทศ ภูมินามตั้งตามลักษณะพื้นที่และสภาพแวดล้อม ภูมินามตั้งตามพันธุ์ไม้ ภูมินามตั้งตามลักษณะการประกอบอาชีพ ภูมินามตั้งตามคำบอกเล่า ตำนาน นิทานภูมินามตั้งนามด้วยสาเหตุอื่น และบทสรุปภูมินามจังหวัดอุทัยธานี แต่ ละบทมีภาพประกอบและกิจกรรมท้ายเรื่อง และ (2) ผลการตรวจสอบคุณภาพหนังสือส่งเสริมการอ่านที่สร้างขึ้น พบว่า ผู้เชี่ยวชาญและนักเรียนมีความคิดเห็นว่าหนังสือดังกล่าวในภาพรวมมีความเหมาะสมในระดับมากที่สุด

The purposes of this independent study were (1) to create a supplementary reading entitled Place Names of Uthai Thani Province for Mathayom Suksa II students in Uthai Thani province; and (2) to verify quality of the created supplementary reading. The research sample consisted of 3 experts and 10 Mathayom Suksa II students, all of whom were purposively selected. The employed research instruments were (1) a supplementary reading entitled Place Names of Uthai Thani Province, (2) an evaluation form to assess quality of the supplementary reading, and (3) a questionnaire on opinions towards the supplementary reading. Statistics employed for data analysis were the mean and standard deviation. Research findings were as follows: (1) the created supplementary reading entitled Place Names of Uthai Thani Province had contents comprising 9 chapters: Knowledge Concerning Place Names; General Conditions of Uthai Thani Province; Place Names Created Based on Landscape; Place Names Created Based on Topography and Environmental Condition; Place Names Created Based on Flora; Place Names Created Based on Occupational Characteristics; Place Names Created Based on Told Stories, Legends, or Fables; Place Names Created Based on Other Causes; and Conclusion Chapter on Place Names of Uthai Thani Province; each chapter was completed with illustrations and end-of-story activities; and (2) regarding results of quality verification of the created supplementary reading, it was found that both the experts and students had opinions that the created supplementary reading as a whole was appropriate at the highest level.
