การนำกากตะกอนยีสต์จากของเสียโรงงานสุรามาใช้เป็นส่วนผสมในอาหารเป็ดเทศ

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) หาอัตราส่วนที่เหมาะสมของการใช้ตะกอนยีสต์ในสูตรอาหารเป็ดเทศ (2) เปรียบเทียบน้ำหนักเป็ด อัตราการเจริญเติบโต อัตราการเปลี่ยนอาหารเป็นเนื้อ และต้นทุนค่าอาหาร เมื่อใส่ตะกอนยีสต์ในอัตราส่วนต่างๆ ในอาหารเป็ดเทศ ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) อัตราส่วนการใส่ตะกอนยีสต์ในอาหารเป็ดที่เหมาะสม คือร้อยละ 5 (2) เป็ดที่ได้รับอาหารที่ใส่ตะกอนยีสต์ร้อยละ 5 มีน้ำหนักเมื่อสิ้นสุดการทดลองมากที่สุด และ มีอัตราการเจริญเติบโตดีที่สุด แตกต่างจากเป็ดที่ได้รับอาหารที่ใส่ตะกอนยีสต์ร้อยละ 15อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ อัตราการเปลี่ยนอาหารเป็นเนื้อของเป็ดที่ได้รับอาหารที่ไม่ใส่ตะกอนยีสต์ดีที่สุด แตกต่างจากเป็ดที่ได้รับอาหารที่ใส่ตะกอนยีสต์ร้อยละ 15 และ 25 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ต้นทุนค่าอาหารของเป็ดที่ขุนขายส่งตลาดเมื่อน้ำหนักได้ 3 กิโลกรัมต่ำสุดที่ เมื่อเลี้ยงด้วยอาหารที่ใส่ตะกอนยีสต์ร้อยละ 5 และแตกต่างกับต้นทุนค่าอาหารเป็ดเมื่อเลี้ยงด้วยอาหารที่ใส่ตะกอนยีสต์ร้อยละ 25 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ

The purposes of this study were: (1) to determine the optimum ration of yeast sludge used in feed Muscovy ducks; (2) to compare between body weight , growth rate, feed conversion ratio and cost of Muscovy ducks after fed difference ratio of yeast sludge. This study was a qua-experimental research by feeding Muscovy duck, 7-13 week of age, with feed containing yeast sludge as rations of 0, 5, 15 and 25 %. Growth of Muscovy duck was observed. Body weight , growth rate ,feed conversion ratio (FCR) and feed cost were recorded. Statistics used for data analysis was mean , standard deviation, and analysis of variance. The research findings were: (1) The optimum ratio of yeast sludge used in feeds of Muscovy ducks was 5 % ; (2) Duck fed 5 % of yeast sludge had significant higher body weight and growth rate than those fed 15 and 25 % of yeast sludge . Based on feed cost ducks had 3 kg of body weight and were sold to the market, those fed 5 % of yeast sludge had lowest cost and significantly lower cost than those fed 25% of yeast sludge
