Abstract
การจัดการกากอุตสาหกรรมเป็นมาตรการสำคัญในการลดปัญหาสิ่งแวดล้อม นอกจากนั้นยังเป็นการเพิ่มมูลค่ากากอุตสาหกรรม และสร้างภาพลักษณ์ที่ดีให้กับโรงงานอีกด้วย การศึกษาครั้งนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อขัดทำคู่มือในการจัดการกากอุดสาหกรรมสำหรับโรงงานผลิตบรรจุภัณฑ์อาหารจากกระดาษแห่งหนึ่ง วิธีดำเนินการศึกษามีขั้นตอนดังนี้ (1) สัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกและสังเกตการปฏิบัติงานของผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการกากอุดสาหกรรม (2) รวบรวมข้อมูลและวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบกับข้อกำหนดตามกฎหมายและทฤษฎีที่เกี่ยวข้อง (3) ขัดทำร่างคู่มือการจัดการกากอุดสาหกรรมสำหรับโรงงานผลิตบรรจุภัณฑ์อาหารจากกระคาษแห่งหนึ่ง (4) ทำการประเมินคุณภาพคู่มือโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 3 ท่าน และ (5) นำข้อเสนอแนะจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิมาแก้ไขปรับปรุงเป็นคู่มือฉบับสมบูรณ์ ผลการศึกษาได้คู่มือการจัดการกากอุตสาหกรรมสำหรับโรงงานผลิตบรรจุภัณฑ์อาหารจากกระดาษแห่งหนึ่ง ประกอบด้วยเนื้อหา 5 บท ได้แก่ (1) บทนำ (2) ความรู้ทั่วไปเกี่ยวกับการจัดการกากอุดสาหกรรม (3) ข้อมูลทั่วไปของบริษัท (4) แนวทางการจัดการกากอุตสาหกรรมไม่อันตรายและ (5) แนวทางการจัดการกากอุตสาหกรรมอันตราย
Industrial waste management is an essential measure to mitigate environmental problems. Besides, it also increases the value of industrial waste and promotes a positive image for the factory. Therefore, this study aimed to create a manual on industrial waste management for a paper-based food packaging manufacturing plant. The study methodology included: (1) interviewing and observing the operations of relevant persons involved in industrial waste management; (2) collecting and comparing data on relevant theories and legal requirements; (3) drafting an industrial waste management manual for a paper-based food packaging factory; (4) getting the draft reviewed by three experts; and (5) finalizing the manual based on the experts’ comments and recommendations. As a result, the manual on industrial waste management for a paper-based food packaging plant has been prepared, containing five chapters: (1) Introduction, (2) General knowledge of industrial waste management, (3) General information of the factory, (4) Guidelines on non-hazardous industrial waste management, and (5) Guidelines on hazardous industrial waste management.
