ชุดฝึกอบรมแบบอิงประสบการณ์เรื่องการผลิตสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ทางการเกษตรสำหรับนิสิต มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) พัฒนาชุดฝึกอบรมแบบอิงประสบการณ์ เรื่อง การผลิตสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ทางการเกษตรสำหรับนิสิต มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ ให้มี ประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 (2) ศึกษาความก้าวหน้าทางการเรียนของผู้รับการฝึกอบรมที่เรียน จากชุดฝึกอบรมแบบอิงประสบการณ์ และ (3) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้รับการฝึกอบรมที่เรียนจาก ชุดฝึกอบรมแบบอิงประสบการณ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใชในการทดสอบประสิทธิภาพของชุดฝึกอบรมคือ นิสิต มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ จำนวน 39 คน โดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ (1) ชุดฝึกอบรมแบบอิงประสบการณ์ เรื่องการผลิตสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ 3 หน่วยประสบการณ์ คือ หน่วย ประสบการณ์ที่ 1 การผลิตสไลด์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ หน่วยประสบการณ์ที่ 3 การออกแบบโปสเตอร์ กราฟิกด้วยโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ และหน่วยประสบการณ์ที่ 5 การตัดต่อภาพเคลื่อนไหวระบบ ดิจิทัล(2) แบบทดสอบก่อนและหลังการเผชิญประสบการณ์เป็นแบบคู่ขนาน และ (3) แบบสอบถาม ความคิดเห็นของผู้รับการฝึกอบรมที่มีต่อชุดฝึกอบรมแบบอิงประสบการณ เรื่องการผลิตสื่อ อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ทางการเกษตร สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลไดแก่การหาประสิทธิภาพของชุดฝึก อบรม E,/E2 ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ชุดฝึกอบรมแบบอิงประสบการณ์ที่พัฒนาขึ้นทั้ง 3 หน่วย ประสบการณ์มีประสิทธิภาพตามลำดับ ดังนี้ 80.25/78.00, 81.33/80.00 และ 80.89/80.17 เป็นไปตาม เกณฑ์ที่กำหนด 80/80 (2) ผู้รับการฝึกอบรมที่เรียนจากชุดฝึกอบรมแบบอิงประสบการณ์ มีความก้าวหน้า ในการเรียนเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ (3) ผู้รับการฝึกอบรม มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับชุดฝึกอบรมแบบอิงประสบการณ์มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก

The objectives of this research study were to (1) develop experience-based training packages on Electronic Media Production in Agriculture for Kasetsart University student to meet the set efficiency criterion of 80/80; (2) study the learning progress of trainees learning form the experience-based training packages; and (3) study opinions of trainees toward the experience-based training packages. The research sample employed for testing the efficiency of experience- based training packages consisted of 39 Kasetsart University students obtained by purposive sampling. The employed research instruments were (1) three experience- based training units on Electronic Media Production in Agriculture, namely, Unit 1: Electronics Slide Production, Unit 3: Graphic Poster Design by Computer program, and Unit 5: Motion Picture Editing by Digital System; (2) two parallel forms of an achievement test for pre-testing and post-testing; and (3) a questionnaires to assess trainee's opinions toward the experience-based training packages. The employed statistics for data analysis were the E1/E2 efficiency index, mean, standard deviation, and t-test.
