Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการใช้หลักสูตรโตไปไม่โกงตามนโยบายของผู้ว่าราชการกรุงเทพมหานคร ในสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสํานักงานเขตบางแค กรุงเทพมหานคร (2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการใช้หลักสูตรโตไปไม่โกง ระหว่างกลุ่มผู้บริหารและกลุ่มครูผู้สอนในสังกัดสํานักงานเขตบางแค กรุงเทพมหานคร (3) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการใช้หลักสูตรโตไปไม่โกงจําแนกตามกลุ่มวิทยฐานะของครูในสังกัดสํานักงานเขตบางแค กรุงเทพมหานคร และ (4) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหากรุงเทพมหานครและข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการใช้หลักสูตรโตไปไม่โกงของข้าราชการครูในสังกัดสํานักงานเขตบางแคกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ข้าราชการครูในสังกัดสํานักงานเขตบางแค กรุงเทพมหานคร จํานวน 250 คน ได้จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย โดยเปิดตารางเครจซี่และมอร์แกน สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ค่าความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว และการทดสอบค่าที กรณีพบความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติ จะทดสอบความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่ โดยวิธีการของ เชฟเฟผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูเกี่ยวกับสภาพการใช้หลักสูตรโตไปไม่โกงตามนโยบายของผู้ว่าราชการกรุงเทพมหานคร ในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสํานักงานเขตบางแคกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยรวม มีความสอดคล้องกัน อยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบ ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการใช้หลักสูตรโตไปไม่โกง ระหว่างกลุ่มผู้บริหาร และกลุ่มครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสํานักงานเขตบางแค กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยรวม มีความคิดเห็นที่ไม่แตกต่างกัน 3) ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการใช้หลักสูตรโตไปไม่โกงในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสํานักงานเขตบางแค กรุงเทพมหานคร จําแนกตามกลุ่มวิทยฐานะ โดยรวม พบว่า กลุ่มที่ไม่มีวิทยฐานะและกลุ่มวิทยฐานะชํานาญการ มีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 เช่นเดียวกับ กลุ่มวิทยฐานะชํานาญการและกลุ่มวิทยฐานะชํานาญการพิเศษ ที่มีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนกลุ่มที่ไม่มีวิทยฐานะและกลุ่มวิทยฐานะชํานาญการพิเศษ มีความคิดเห็นไม่แตกต่างกัน 4) ปัญหา โดยรวม พบว่า ครูผู้รับผิดชอบยังขาดความเข้าใจในการดําเนินกิจกรรม และขาดการดูแลติดตามของผู้บริหารอย่างต่อเนื่อง ส่วนข้อเสนอแนะ โดยรวมพบว่า ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาควรชี้แจง การดําเนินกิจกรรมตามหลักสูตรโตไปไม่โกงให้ครูผู้สอนได้เข้าใจอย่างชัดเจน และมี การกํากับติดตามการดําเนินกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ตามหลักสูตรฯอย่างต่อเนื่อง และคน
