การพัฒนาสมรรถนะการใช้ยาอย่างสมเหตุผลตามหลักเวชจริยศาสตร์ สำหรับนักศึกษาพยาบาลผ่านโปรแกรมออนไลน์

Abstract

การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เปรียบเทียบสมรรถนะการใช้ยาอย่างสมเหตุผลตามหลักเวชจริยศาสตร์ก่อนและหลังการเรียนโปรแกรมออนไลน์ที่พัฒนาขึ้นสำหรับนักศึกษาพยาบาล และ 2) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาพยาบาลต่อการเรียนโปรแกรมออนไลน์การใช้ยาอย่างสมเหตุผลตามหลักเวชจริยศาสตร์ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง เป็นนักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 4 โดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย จำนวน 40 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 1) โปรแกรมออนไลน์การใช้ยาอย่างสมเหตุผลตามหลักเวชจริยศาสตร์ 2) แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป 3) แบบประเมินสมรรถนะการใช้ยาอย่างสมเหตุผลตามหลักเวชจริยศาสตร์ และ 4) แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้โปรแกรมออนไลน์การใช้ยาอย่างสมเหตุผลตามหลักเวชจริยศาสตร์ ตรวจสอบคุณภาพของแบบประเมินสมรรถนะการใช้ยาอย่างสมเหตุผลตามหลักเวชจริยศาสตร์ ได้ค่าความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาเท่ากับ 0.80 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.95 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยสถิติพรรณนา และการทดสอบค่าทีชนิดไม่เป็นอิสระต่อกัน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) นักศึกษาพยาบาลมีสมรรถนะการใช้ยาอย่างสมเหตุผลตามหลักเวชจริยศาสตร์หลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนโปรแกรมออนไลน์การใช้ยาอย่างสมเหตุผลตามหลักเวชจริยศาสตร์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และ 2) นักศึกษามีความพึงพอใจต่อการเรียนโปรแกรมออนไลน์ การใช้ยาอย่างสมเหตุผลตามหลักเวชจริยศาสตร์ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับดี

The purposes of this study were 1) to compare pre- and post-test competencies of the rational drug use (RDU) on ethical principles of nursing students before and after studying an online program that was developed for the nursing students; and 2) to study the satisfaction of nursing students towards studying the online program. The sample consisted of 40 fourth-year nursing students, obtained by simple random sampling. The research tool had two parts: 1) the experimental tool, the ethical principle RDU online program; and 2) the data collection tool, a research questionnaire consisting of general information, 3) the competencies of ethical principles on RDU, and 4) satisfaction towards the ethical principle RDU online program. The questionnaire had a Content Validity Index of 0.8 and the Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient was 0.95. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and dependent t-tests. Research findings were as follows: (1) The nursing students’ mean scores for ethical rational drug use performance after studying the online program were statistically significantly higher than before studying the online program at the p< .01 level. (2) Overall, nursing students had a good level of satisfaction with studying the ethical principle RDU online program (Mean= 4.42, SD= 0.71).
