Abstract
การศึกษาคร้ังนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อสร้างแบบจำลองโลจิทเพื่อทำนายความสามารถ ในการชำระหนี้ของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ข้าราชการสหกรณ์จํากัด 2) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อ ความสามารถในการชำระหนี้ของสมาชิกที่ใช้บริการเงินกู้ฉุกเฉิน และเงินกู้สามัญจากสหกรณ์ข้าราชการ สหกรณ์จํากัด และ 3) เปรียบเทียบปัจจยที่กำหนดความสามารถในการชำระหนี้ของสมาชิกระหว่างเงินกู้ ฉุกเฉิน และเงินสามัญของสหกรณ์ข้าราชการสหกรณ์จํากัด ประชากรของการศึกษาคร้ังนี้คือ สมาชิกสหกรณ์ข้าราชการสหกรณ์จํากัด ที่มีหนี้สินกับ สหกรณ์ในวันสิ้นปีทางบัญชชี 2555 (31 ธันวาคม 2555) จํานวน 5,014 คน โดยศึกษาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างกำหนด ขนาดตัวอย่างตามสูตรของ ทาโร่ยามาเน่จํานวน 371 คน การคัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบบังเอิญ เครื่องมือ ที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ แบบสอบถาม และแบบรวบรวมขอมูลทุติยภูมิสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ประกอบดวย้ สถิติเชิงพรรณนาได้แก่ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์โดยใชเทคนิคการวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยโลจิสติคเพื่อสร้างแบบจำลองโลจิท ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1) แบบจาลองโลจิท เพื่อทำนายความสามารถในการชำระหนี้ ของกลุ่ม ตัวอย่าง ดังนี้ (1) เงินกู้ฉุกเฉิน ตัวแปรที่ศึกษาสามารถร่วมกันอธิบายความน่าจะเป็นในการเกิดความสามารถ ในการชำระหนี้ร้อยละ 11.80 (R2 = 0.118) ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 โดยปัจจยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อ ความสามารถในการชำระหนี้ คืออายุสถานที่อยู่ปัจจุบัน อาชีพคู่สมรสของสมาชิกจํานวนเงินที่ฝากกับ สหกรณ์ของสมาชิกและจำนวนเงินที่ต้องผ่อนชำระต่องวด (2) เงินกู้สามัญ ตัวแปรที่ศึกษาสามารถร่วมกัน อธิบายความน่าจะเป็นในการเกิดความสามารถในการชำระหนี้ร้อยละ 7.40 (R2 = 0.074) ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ ทางสถิติ 0.05 โดยปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความสามารถในการชำระหนี้คือ สถานที่อยู่ปัจจุบัน และจํานวนเงิน ที่ฝากกับสหกรณ์ของสมาชิก 3) เปรียบเทียบปัจจัยที่กำหนดความสามารถในการชำระหนี้ของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ระหว่างเงินกู้ฉุกเฉินกับเงินกู้สามัญพบว่า เงินกู้ฉุกเฉินมีปัจจัยที่กำหนดความสามารถ ในการชำระหนี้ 5 ปัจจัย ได้แก่ อายุสถานที่อยู่ปัจจุบัน อาชีพคู่สมรสของสมาชิกจํานวนเงินที่ฝากกับสหกรณ์ของสมาชิกและจำนวน เงินที่ต้องผ่อนชำระต่องวด ส่วนเงินกู้สามัญมีปัจจัยที่กำหนดความสามารถในการชำระหนี้เพียง 2 ปัจจัย ได้แก่สถานที่อยู่ปัจจุบัน และจำนวนเงินที่ฝากกับสหกรณ์ของสมาชิก ซึ่งทั้ง 2 ปัจจัยเหมือนกับเงินกู้ฉุกเฉิน
The objectives of this research were (1) to develop a logit model in order to forecast the payback ability of Cooperative Government Office Co-operative Ltd.’s members; (2) to study the factors which are expected to influence the members’ payback ability on ordinary and emergency loans taken from the cooperative; and (3) to compare factors which defined the payback ability possibility on ordinary loans compared to emergency loans. The study population was 5,014 members of Cooperative Government Office Co-operative Ltd. who were in debt to the cooperative at the end of the 2012 accounting year, out of which a sample of 371 was chosen through accidental sampling. The sample size was determined using the Taro Yamane method. The data collection tools consisted of a questionnaire and a secondary data collection form. Data were statistically analyzed using the descriptive statistics of percentage, mean, and standard deviation, and logistic regression analysis was used to create a logit model. The research findings showed that (1) For emergency loans, the studied variables of payback ability of Cooperative Government Office Co-operative Ltd. members were able to jointly describe the probability cause of payback ability up to 11.80% (R2= 0.118) at the statistically significant level (0.05). The factors influencing the probability of emergency loans payback ability were the member’s age, present address, spouse’s occupation, total deposits with the cooperative, and amount of installment payments. (2) For ordinary loans, the studied variables of payback ability were able to jointly describe the probability cause of payback ability up to 7.40% (R2 = 0.074) at the statistically significant level (0.05). The factors influencing the probability of ordinary loans payback ability were the member’s present address and total deposits with the cooperative. (3) A comparison of the factors that defined payback ability for emergency loans compared to ordinary loans showed that the factors influencing members’ payback ability for emergency loans, consisted of the 5 factors of the member’s age, present address, spouse’s occupation, total deposits with the cooperative, and amount of installment payments, whereas for ordinary loans there were 2 factors that influenced members’ predicted payback ability, namely, the member’s present address and total deposits with the cooperative, both of which were also factors that affected the members’ ability to pay back emergency loans.
