Abstract
วิจัยพรรณนานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณถักษณะและอัตลักษณ์ของมหาบัณฑิต แขนงวิชาการบริหารการพยาบาล มหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราชตามมุมมองของผู้บังคับบัญชา ประชากรคือ ผู้บังคับบัญชาของมหาบัณฑิตพยาบาลศาสตร์ แขนงวิชาการบริหารการพยาบาล มหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราชที่สำเร็จการศึกษาในปี 2550 - 2557 จำนวน 303 คน เครื่องมือการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถาม ประกอบด้วย 3 ส่วน 1) ข้อมูลทั่วไป 2) คุณลักษณะและอัตลักษณ์ของมหาบัณฑิตพยาบาล แขนงวิชาการบริหารการพยาบาล มหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช (มสธ.) 7 ด้าน ใช้มาตรวัดของออสกูด แบ่งเป็น 11 ระดับ และ 3) ข้อคิดเห็นและเสนอแนะซึ่งเป็นคำถามปลายเปิดแบบสอบถามพัฒนาขึ้นโดยบูรณาการแนวคิดของมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา สาขาวิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์ สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอุคมศึกษา กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ พ.ศ. 2555, วัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตร์มหาบัณฑิต แขนงวิชาการบริหารการพยาบาล มสธ. และคุณลักษณะและอัตลักษณ์ที่พึ่งประสงค์ของบัณฑิต มสธ. ระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา ตรวจสอบความตรงของแบบสอบถามโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 3 ท่าน มีคำดัชนีความตรงตามเนื้อหา 0.9 คำนวนค่สัมประสิทธิอัลฟาครอนบาคได้ 0,97 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถามที่ส่งกลับจำนวน 130 ฉบับ (ร้อยละ 42.9) โดยใช้ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการศึกษา ผู้บังกับบัญชามีมุมมองต่อมหาบัณฑิตแขนงวิชาการบริหารการพยาบาล มหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราชว่า เป็นผู้มีคุณถักษณะและอัตลักษณ์ครบทั้ง 7 ค้น โคยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (3M = 8.68, SD = 0.70 ) โดยคะแนนสูงสุด 3 ลำดับแรก ได้แก่ 1 มนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี ( M = 8.84, SD = 0.78 ) 2) คุณธรรม จริยธรรม ( M = 8.80, SD = 0.77 ) 3) ความรับผิดชอบ ( M = 8.75, SD = 0.86 ) และจากข้อคำถามปลายเปีดพบว่ามหาบัณฑิตมีคุณลักษณะและอัตลักษณ์เพิ่มเติม 1 ด้าน คือ ด้านภาวะผู้นำ รวมทั้งยังมีการนำความรู้ไปพัฒนางานที่รับผิดชอบทั้งด้นการบริหาร จัดการ การวิจัยและวิชาการทั้งในระดับฝ่ายการพยาบาลและองค์กรตามลำดับ มีการนำความรู้ไปแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ เป็นแกนนำในการเปลี่ยนแปลง การทำนวัดกรรม การทำวิจัย จัดทำโครงการและจัดอบรมต่าง ๆ และบริหารเวลาได้ดี
The purpose of the descriptive research was to study the characteristics and identity of graduates from the Master of Nursing Science Program in Nursing Administration from Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University (STOU) according to Graduate administrators’ perspective. The samples were 130 administrators of the graduate nurses who finished their study during the academic years of 2007 – 2014. The research tool consisted of 3 parts: 1) personal information, 2) seven characteristics and identity of the graduates, which classified by 11 levels of Osgood's semantic differential scale, and 3) open-ended questions for comments and suggestions. A questionnaire was developed by integration of the concept of Thai Qualification Framework for Higher Education of Master of Nursing Science Program, Office of the Higher Education Commission, the Ministry of Education in 2012, aims of the Master of Nursing Science program in Nursing Administration of STOU, and desirable characteristics and identity of the graduates from STOU. The questionnaire was verified by 5 experts, and the Content Validity Index was 0.95. The Cronbach’s alpha reliability coefficient of the second part was 0 .9 7 . Data returned (42.9%) were analyzed by percentage, mean and standard deviation. The content analysis from open ended question was conducted. The findings revealed as follows. Graduate nurses’ administrators rated totally seven characteristics and identity of graduates in the Master of Nursing Administration program from Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University at the highest level (M= 8.68, SD = 0.70 ), and the top three domains were: interpersonal relationships (M= 8.84, SD = .78 ), morality (M= 8.80, SD = .77 ), and responsibility ( M= 8.75,SD = .86 ). The analysis results of open-ended questions illustrated that these graduates possessed one more characteristic and identity which is leadership domain. In addition, the graduates brought their knowledge to develop their works in relation to administrative- management, research, and academics in both their nursing departments and the organizations, respectively. They also did knowledge sharing among nurses, became leaders for change, created innovations, conducted researches, projects and training programs. They could manage their time well.
