ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อหนี้นอกระบบของเกษตรกรกรณีศึกษาอำเภอโคกโพธิ์ไชย จังหวัดขอนแก่น

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพการเป็นหนี้นอกระบบของเกษตรกรในอำเภอโคกโพธิ์ไชย จังหวัดขอนแก่น 2) ศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลและปัจจัยทางเศรษฐกิจของเกษตรกรที่ส่งผลให้เกิดหนี้นอกระบบของเกษตรกรในอำเภอโคกโพธิ์ไชย จังหวัดขอนแก่นเครื่องมือในการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถามโดยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากตัวอย่างจำนวน 400 ตัวอย่าง ซึ่งขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างคำนวนด้วย ทาโร่ ยามาเน่ และทำการเลือกตัวอย่าง 2 ขั้นตอนโดยขั้นตอนที่ 1 การเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง และขั้นตอนที่ 2 เลือกแบบบังเอิญ วิเคราะห์ด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน วิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อหนี้นอกระบบด้วยสมการถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย ร้อยละ 51.50 มีอายุอยู่ในช่วง 51-60 ปี ร้อยละ 39.75 มีการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา/ต่ำกว่า ร้อยละ 67.75 มีจำนวนสมาชิกในครัวเรือน 4-6 คน ร้อยละ 64.75 รายได้ของครัวเรือนมาจากผลผลิตทางการเกษตรและแหล่งอื่นๆเฉลี่ย 177,079.70 บาทต่อปี จำนวนหนี้สินจากแหล่งเงินกู้นอกระบบของครัวเรือนน้อยกว่าหรือเท่ากับ 5,000 บาท ร้อยละ 47.25 ระยะเวลาในการชำระหนี้นอกระบบต่ำกว่า 1 ปี ร้อยละ 65.25 2) ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อหนี้นอกระบบพบว่าขนาดพื้นที่ดินทำการเกษตรและจำนวนผู้ที่อยู่ในอุปการะมีผลต่อจำนวนหนี้นอกระบบในทิศทางเดียวกันที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ 0.01และ0.05 สำหรับรายได้จากการเกษตรมีผลต่อจำนวนหนี้นอกระบบในทิศทางตรงกันข้ามที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ 0.01

This research aims to 1) study the condition of informal debt of farmers in Khok Pho Chai District, Khon Kaen Province; and 2) study the personal and economic factors of farmers that result in informal debt of farmers in Khok Pho Chai District, Khon Kaen Province. The research tool was the questionnaires that were used to collect data from 400 samples. The sample size was calculated by Taro Yamane and was performed by 2-stage sampling: step 1, choosing by the purposive sampling and step 2, choosing by the convenient sampling. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, i.e. frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Multiple regression equations were used to analyze factors affecting informal debt. The results showed that 1) the most of respondents were male, 51.50 percent, aged between 51 and 60 years, 39.75 percent, had primary education/lower, 67.75 percent, and had 4-6 family members, 64.75 percent. The household income came from agricultural products and other sources, which on average equals 177,079.70 baht per year. The amount of debt from the informal source of households is less than or equal to 5,000 baht, 47.25 percent. The repayment period for the informal debt was less than 1 year, 65.25 percent; and 2) the factors affecting informal debt were that the size of agricultural land and the number of dependents affected the amount of informal debt in the same direction at the significance levels of 0.01 and 0.05. For agricultural income, it had an effect on the amount of informal debt in the opposite direction at the significance level 0.01.
