ผลการใช้ชุดกิจกรรมแนะแนวเพื่อส่งเสริมเจตคติต่อการเรียนวิชาภาษาอังกฤษของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 / MEP โรงเรียนอนุบาลสกลนคร จังหวัดสกลนคร

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) เปรียบเทียบเจตคติต่อการเรียนวิชาภาษาอังกฤษของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 โปรแกรม MEP กลุ่มทดลองก่อนและหลังการใช้ชุดกิจกรรมแนะแนว และ (2) เปรียบเทียบเจตคติต่อการเรียนวิชาภาษาอังกฤษของนักเรียนกลุ่มทดลองที่ใช้ชุดกิจกรรมแนะแนวและนักเรียนกลุ่มควบคุมที่ใช้กิจกรรมแนะแนวแบบปกติ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 โปรแกรม MEP โรงเรียน อนุบาลสกลนคร จังหวัดสกลนคร ปีการศึกษา 2560 จำนวน 1 ห้องเรียน ที่ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม แล้วสุ่มอย่างง่าย เพื่อแบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม จำนวน 12 คน เท่ากันกลุ่มทดลองได้ใช้ ชุดกิจกรรมแนะแนวเพื่อส่งเสริมเจตคติต่อการเรียนวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ และกลุ่มควบคุมได้ร่วมกิจกรรม แนะแนวแบบปกติ เครื่องมือที่ใซ้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ (1) ชุดกิจกรรมแนะแนวเพื่อเสริมสร้างเจตคติต่อ การเรียนวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ และ (2) แบบวัดเจตคติต่อการเรียนวิชาภาษาอังกฤษที่มีค่าความเที่ยง เท่ากับ .86 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่ามัธยฐาน ค่าเบี่ยงเบนควอไทล์ การทดสอบ วิลคอกชัน และการทดสอบแมนวิทนีย์ ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) หลังการใช้ชุดกิจกรรมแนะแนวเพื่อส่งเสริมเจตคติต่อการเรียน วิชาภาษาอังกฤษ นักเรียนกลุ่มทดลองมีเจตคติต่อการเรียนวิชาภาษาอังกฤษเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และ (2) หลังการทดลองนักเรียนกลุ่มทดลองมีเจตคติต่อการเรียนวิชา ภาษาอังกฤษสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

The purposes of this research were (1) to compare the levels of attitude toward English learning of Prathom Suksa IV / MEP students in the experimental group before and after using a guidance activities package; and (2) to compare attitude toward English learning level of the experiment group students who used the guidance activities package with the counterpart attitude level of the control group students who participated in normal guidance activities. The research sample consisted of 24 Prathom Suksa IV students in the MEP Program of AnubanSakon Nakhon School, Sakon Nakhon Province during the 2017 academic year,obtained by cluster sampling. Then, they were randomly assigned into an experimental group and a control group, with 12 students in each group. The experimental group used a guidance activities package to promote attitude toward English learning, while the control group participated in the traditional guidance activities. The employed research instruments were (1) a guidance activities package to promote attitude toward English learning, (2) a set of traditional guidance activities, and ( 3 ) a scale for assessment of attitude toward English learning, with reliability coefficient of .86. Statistics for data analysis were the median, interquartile range, Wilcoxon Matched Pairs Signed-Ranks Test, and Mann-Whitney U Test. Research findings showed that (1) after using the guidance activities package to promote attitude toward English learning, the experimental group students had increased their level of attitude toward English learning significantly at the .01 level of statistical significance; and ( 2 ) after the experiment, the attitude toward English learning level of the experimental group student was significantly higher than the counterpart attitude level of the control group students at the .01 level of statistical significance.
