การดำเนินงานจัดระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของวิทยาลัยสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษาในจังหวัดกระบี่

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาการดำเนินงานจัดระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของวิทยาลัย สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษาในจังหวัดกระบี่ และ (2) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นต่อการดำเนินงานจัดระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาในวิทยาลัย สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษาในจังหวัดกระบี่ จำแนกตามอายุ และตำแหน่งหน้าที่ของผู้ให้ข้อมูลกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูและผู้บริหารสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดกระบี่ จำนวน 155 คน ได้มาจากการลุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบ ถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่า มีค่าความเที่ยง เท่ากับ .97 สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) การดำเนินงานจัดระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาในวิทยาลัย สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดกระบี่ โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เรียงตามลำดับดังนี้ การรวบรวมข้อมูล การตรวจสอบข้อมูล การประมวลผลข้อมูล การจัดเก็บข้อมูลสารสนเทศ และการนำเสนอข้อมูล และ (2) ผู้ให้ข้อมูลที่มี อายุและตำแหน่งหน้าที่แตกต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อการดำเนินงานจัดระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาไม่ต่างกัน

The objectives of this research were (1) to study the operation of the information system for quality assurance of colleges under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission in Krabi province; and 2) to compare the opinions toward the operation of the information system for quality assurance of colleges under the Office of Vocational Education Commission in Krabi province of the informants as classified by age and position. The sample totaling 155 college personnel consisted of 132 teachers and 23 administrators of colleges under the Office of Vocational Education Commission in Krabi province, obtained by stratified random sampling. The instrument used for collecting data was a rating scale questionnaire with reliability coefficient of .97. Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, and one way ANOVA. The results showed that (1) the overall and by-aspect levels of operation of the information system for quality assurance of colleges under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission in Krabi province were rated at the moderate level and could be ranked as follows : the data collection ,the data validation, the data processing, the data storage, and the data presentation, respectively; and (2) research informants with different ages and positions did not significantly differ in their opinions toward the operation of the information system for quality assurance for colleges under the Office of Vocational Education Commission in Krabi province.
