การมีส่วนร่วมต่อระบบการบำรุงรักษาทวีผลของพนักงานโรงงานผลิตกระดาษ บริษัท ยูไนเต็ด เปเปอร์ จำกัด (มหาชน)

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ระดับความรู้และการมีส่วนร่วมของพนักงานของบริษัท ยูไนเต็ด เปเปอร์ จำกัด (มหาชน) ใน 3 เสาหลัก ได้แก่ การบำรุงรักษาด้วยตนเอง การบำรุงรักษาตามแผน ความปลอดภัย สุขภาพและสิ่งแวดล้อม (2) เปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมของพนักงานต่อการบำรุงรักษาทวีผลของ บริษัท ยูไนเต็ด เปเปอร์ จำกัด (มหาชน) จำแนกตามความรู้และปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ พนักงานที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงงานผลิตกระดาษ บริษัท ยูไนเต็ด เปเปอร์ จำกัด (มหาชน) จำนวน 120 คน โดยศึกษาจากประชากรทั้งหมด เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยประชากร ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ระดับความรู้ในการบำรุงรักษาทวีผลของพนักงาน บริษัท ยูไนเต็ด เปเปอร์ จำกัด (มหาชน) ส่วนใหญ่คิดเป็นร้อยละ 42.5 ระดับมีความรู้ปานกลางและระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของพนักงานต่อระบบการบำรุงรักษาทวีผลอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อแยกตามเสาหลักของการบำรุงรักษาแบบทวีผลทั้ง 3 ด้าน พบว่า ด้านความปลอดภัย สุขภาพและสิ่งแวดล้อมมีค่าพารามิเตอร์สูงกว่าทุกด้าน รองลงมาได้แก่ด้านการบำรุงรักษาด้วยตนเอง และสุดท้ายได้แก่ด้านการบำรุงรักษาตามแผน 2) พนักงานที่มีระดับความรู้แตกต่างกัน มีระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในการบำรุงรักษาด้านการบำรุงรักษาด้วยตนอง และด้านความปลอดภัย สุขภาพและสิ่งแวดล้อมไม่แตกต่างกัน ยกเว้นด้านการบำรุงรักษาตามแผนที่แตกต่างกัน โดยพบว่า พนักงานที่มีความรู้มากมีส่วนร่วมในการบำรุงรักษาอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ส่วนปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่แตกต่างกันมีระดับการมีส่วนร่วมไม่แตกต่างกัน

The objectives of this study were: (1) to study the level of knowledge and participation of employees of United Paper Public Company Limited within three of eight pillars of Autonomous Maintenance pillar, Planned Maintenance pillar, and Safety, Health and Environmental pillar; and (2) to compare the employee participation towards Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) system of United Paper Public Company Limited. The population of this survey research were 120 employees of United Paper Public Company Limited. The data had collected from all of employees. The constructed questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection. The data analysis was descriptive statistics which including frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The result of this study were found that (1) the level of employee knowledge involved toward TPM system of United Paper Public Company Limited was 42.5 percent at a moderate and employee participation involved toward TPM system was a high. When separated in each aspects, it was found that Safety, Health and Environment pillar was the highest parameter follow by Self-maintenance, and Planned Maintenance respectively: (2) employees with different levels of knowledge had no different level of participation in Autonomous Maintenance pillar and Safety, Health and Environment. Except aspect of Planned Maintenance pillar, which found that employee who had different knowledge, had the highest level of participation. While different personal factors had no different of level participation.
