การวิจัยแบบภาคตัดขวางนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) คุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคลและปัญหาส่วนบุคคล (2) ภาวะความเครียด และ (3) อิทธิพลของปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ปัญหาส่วนบุคคลต่อภาวะความเครียดของบุคลากรสาธารณสุขในอำเภอปราณบุรี จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ ในช่วงวิกฤตโควิค-19 ของประเทศไทย ศึกษาในบุคลากรสาธารณสุขในอำเภอปราณบุรี ทั้งในโรงพยาบาล สำนักงานสาธารณสุข อำเภอและโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่าง รวมทั้งสิ้น 295 คน ใช้เครื่องมือในการศึกษาเป็นแบบประเมินความเครียด ซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของแบบประเมินภาวะสุขภาพจิตของบุคลากรสาธารณสุขในภาวะวิกฤตโควิด-19 ในการสํารวจของสำนักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ เก็บข้อมูลระหว่างวันที่ 1 เมษายน 2553 ถึง 15 พฤษภาคม 2563 ซึ่งมีการระบาดของโควิด-19 ในประเทศไทย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณด้วยค่าสถิติ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงพหุ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) คุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคลของบุคลากรสาธารณสุขส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาล สถานภาพเป็นข้าราชการ จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี อายุการทํางานน้อยกว่า 10 ปี ปัญหาส่วนบุคคลที่ก่อให้เกิดความเครียด พบว่า ส่วนใหญ่มีสาเหตุมาจากปัญหาเศรษฐกิจมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ปัญหาการทำงาน ปัญหาสุขภาพ และปัญหาครอบครัว ตามลำดับ (2) บุคลากรสาธารณสุขส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในกลุ่มเครียดน้อย รองลงมาคือ เครียดปานกลาง และ (3) ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อภาวะความเครียดในช่วงวิกฤตโควิด-19 ของบุคลากรสาธารณสุขในอำเภอปราณบุรีจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ในช่วงวิกฤตโควิค-19 ในประเทศไทย คือ อายุ ปัญหาสุขภาพ และปัญหาการทำงาน มีอิทธิพลต่อภาวะความเครียด ซึ่งทั้ง 3 ปัจจัยสามารถร่วมกันอธิบายการแปรผันตามการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ ได้ร้อยละ 12.9 (R2 = 0.129)
This cross-sectional research aimed to study: (1) personal characteristics and problems; (2) stress conditions; and (3) influence of personal factors and problems on the stress conditions, all among public health personnel in Pran Buri district, Prachuap Klun Khan province during the COVID-19 crisis in Thailand. The study involved all 295 public health personnel in the community hospital, the district public health office and subdistrict health promoting hospitals in Pran Buri district. The study instrument was the stress assessment form which was part of the mental health assessment or survey of health personnel during Thailand's COVID-19 crisis undertaken by the Prachuap Khiri Khan Provincial Public Health Office. Data were collected between April 1 and May 15, 2020; and data analysis was performed for quantitative data to determine frequencies, percentages, means, standard deviations, and multiple linear regression. The results indicated that, among the study participants: (1) concerning personal characteristics, most of them were female government officials working in hospitals, graduated with a bachelor's degree, and had less than 10 years of service; their stress conditions were mostly caused by economic problems, followed by work- related problems, health problems and family problems, respectively, (2) regarding stress levels, most of them were in the less stressful group, followed by moderate stress; and (3) the factors affecting their stress conditions during the covib-19 crisis were age, health problems and work-related problems, all of which could explain 12.9% of the conditions (R2 = 0.129) according to a multiple regression analysis
