Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมทางการเรียนของครู และบุคลากรทางการศึกษาโรงเรียนเทพมิตรศึกษา จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาในโรงเรียนเทพมิตรศึกษา จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี ตั้งแต่ระดับปฐมวัยจนถึงระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย ในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2559 จำนวน 231 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามความต้องการการจัดสภาพแวดล้อม ทางการเรียนของครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาโรงเรียนเทพมิตรศึกษา จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า ความต้องการการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมทางการเรียนของครู และบุคลากรทางการศึกษาโรงเรียนเทพมิตรศึกษา จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่าอยู่ในระดับมากทั้ง 3 ด้าน ดังนี้ (1) ความต้องการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมทางกายภาพ พบว่า ครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษามีความต้องการให้ห้องเรียนมีขนาดพอเหมาะกับจำนวนนักเรียน มีสถานที่ใช้สร้างหรือจัดเก็บวัสดุอุปกรณ์ทางการศึกษา และต้องการให้มีห้องปฏิบัติการคอมพิวเตอร์ที่เพียงพอกับจำนวนนักเรียน (2) ความต้องการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมทางจิตภาพ พบว่า ครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา มีความต้องการให้ส่งเสริมความก้าวหน้า และความมั่นคงในการทำงาน โรงเรียนควร ส่งเสริมสนับสนุน นักเรียนที่มีความประพฤติดีหรือมีผลงานดีเด่น และต้องการให้มีครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาแนะแนว แนะแนวทางการศึกษาต่อเหมาะสมกับความสามารถของนักเรียน และ (3) ความต้องการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมทางสังคม พบว่า ครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาต้องการการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาให้ครูและ บุคลากรทางการศึกษา และนักเรียนมีส่วนร่วมในการผลิต และใช้สื่ออย่างหลากหลาย ส่งเสริมการทำงานเป็นทีม และต้องการให้ผู้ปกครองร่วมมือกับครู และบุคลากรทางการศึกษาในการแก้ปัญหาด้านความประพฤติของนักเรียนอย่างมีเหตุผล
The objective of this research was to study the needs for learning environment management of teachers and education personnel in Thepmitrsuksa School, Surat Thani Province. The research population consisted of 231teachers and education personnel working at the early childhood education to upper secondary education levels during the first semester of the 2016 academic year in Thepmitrsuksa School, Surat Thani province. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire on the needs for learning environment management of teachers and education personnel in Thepmitrsuksa School, Surat Thani province. Statistics for data analysis were the percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Research findings showed that the overall need for learning environment management of teachers and education personnel in Thepmitrsuksa School, Surat Thani province was at the high level. When the needs for specific aspects of educational technology were considered, it was found that the needs in all of the three aspects were also at the high level, which could be specified as follows: (1) in the aspect of physical environment management, the teachers and education personnel had the need for classrooms with the size appropriate for the number of students in each class; the need for places to keep educational materials and equipment; and the need for computer laboratories sufficient for the number of students; (2) in the aspect of mental environment management, the teachers and education personnel had the need for the school to promote work advancement and job security; the school should promote and support students who have outstanding learning outcomes and who have good behavior records; and the need for having guidance teachers and education personnel to provide guidance on further study appropriate to the ability of students; and (3) in the aspect of social environment management, the teacher and education personnel had the need for the school to promote and develop teachers, education personnel and students to participate in the production and uses of various learning media; to promote team working; and to encourage the teachers and education personnel to cooperate with the parents in reasonably solving behavioral problems of the students.
