Abstract
การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลและปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการให้บริการของ สกต. (2) ความคิดเห็นของผู้ใช้บริการต่อการให้บริการของของ สกต. และ(3) เปรียบเทียบระดับความคิดเห็นของผู้ใช้บริการต่อการให้บริการของของ สกต. ในเขตอำเภอบางปลาม้า จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรีจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการให้บริการ วิธีการศึกษาที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ เป็นการศึกษาในเชิงสำรวจ เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือแบบสอบถาม เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ประชากรที่ใช้ศึกษา คือ สมาชิกของ สกต. สุพรรณบุรี จาก 14 ตำบลในเขตอำเภอบางปลาม้า สุ่มตัวอย่าง 369 ราย แบบโควต้า ตามสัดส่วนจำนวนประชากรในแต่ละตำบลของอำเภอบางปลาม้า และการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถาม ใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณา ได้แก่ การแจกแจง ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ t-test และ F-test (One-Way ANOVA) และเปรียบเทียบพหุคูณของเชฟเฟ่ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .05 ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่ เป็นเพศชายอายุ 46-55 ปี มีสถานภาพสมรส การศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา รายได้สุทธิต่อปี มากกว่า 50,000 บาทขึ้นไป ภาระหนี้สินมากกว่า 100,000 บาทขึ้นไป บุคคลที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจทำธุรกิจ คือ ตนเอง ระยะเวลาที่ทำธุรกิจ คือ 1-10 ปี ประเภทธุรกิจที่ทำร่วมกับ สกต.คือการซื้อและการขาย ประเภทสินค้า คือ สินค้าทางการการเกษตร เช่น ปุ๋ย ยา เครื่องจักรกลเกษตร เป็นต้น ความถี่ในใช้บริการต่อปี คือ ใช้บริการปีละ 1-2 ครั้ง มูลค่าที่ทำธุรกิจเฉลี่ยต่อปี คือ 10,000-50,000 บาท วันที่มาใช้บริการ คือ ในเวลาทำการจันทร์-ศุกร์ (08.30-16.30 น.) (2) ความคิดเห็นของสมาชิกต่อการให้บริการของสกต.พบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความคิดเห็นต่อปัจจัยส่วนประสมทางการตลาดในภาพรวมที่มีผลต่อการใช้บริการอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการใช้บริการอันดับแรก คือ ด้านพนักงานผู้ให้บริการ รองลงมาคือด้านราคา ด้านช่องทางการจัดจำหน่าย ด้านกระบวนการให้บริการ ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมทางกายภาพ ด้านส่งเสริมการขาย ด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ ตามลำดับ (3) ระดับความคิดเห็นของสมาชิก สกต. ต่อการให้บริการของ สกต.พบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความคิดเห็นต่อการให้บริการของ สกต.ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการใช้บริการ อันดับแรก คือ ด้านพนักงานผู้ให้บริการ รองลงมา คือ ด้านราคา ด้านช่องทางการจัดจำหน่าย ด้านกระบวนการให้บริการ ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมทางกายภาพ ด้านส่งเสริมการขาย และด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ ตามลำดับ และพบว่าสมาชิก สกต.ที่มีปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการใช้บริการในภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน และสมาชิกที่มีปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการให้บริการต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการใช้บริการทั้งในภาพรวมและรายด้าน คือ ด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ ด้านราคา ด้านช่องทางการจัดจำหน่าย ด้านการส่งเสริมการขาย ด้านพนักงานผู้ให้บริการ ด้านกระบวนการให้บริการ และด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมทางกายภาพ ไม่แตกต่างกัน

This study had the objectives : (1) study personal factors and relevant factors and affecting the consumption of an Agricultural Marketing Co-operative Limited service ; (2) to study the clients’ opinions on the service of an Agricultural Marketing Co-operative Limited and; (3) to comparethe level of clients’ opinions on the service of an Agricultural Marketing Co-operative Limited by personal factors and relevant factors. This study methodology was a Survey study by using research tool as the questionaire to collect data. The populations were the members of an Agricultural Marketing Co-operative Limited, SuphanBuri Province in the 14 sub-districts Bangplama District. The 369 respondents were selected by quota according to population number in each sub-district and simple random sampling. The data of respondents were gathered by questionnaires and analyzed with the descriptive statistics; frequency, percentage, mean , and standard deviation. The tests of hypothesis were analyzed with statistical inference; t-test, F-test (One-Way ANOVA) and Scheffe's multiple comparison at the .05 significance level. The study results showed that :(1) the samples were mostly male with age between 46-55 years old, marriage, the primary education, annual income 50,000 bahts and up, had the debt 100,000 bahts and up. They were the deciders to utilize the service of Suphan Buri Agricultural Marketing Co-operative Limited and in service for 1-10 years. The service utilization behaviors were buying and selling agricultural products. The frequency to utilize the service was 1-2 times per year with the average of service value 10,000-50,000 bahts. The service days were on Monday-Friday during the working hours (8.30 a.m.-4.30 p.m.) (2) the members of Suphan Buri Agricultural Marketing Co-operative Limited showed the overall opinion toward the marketing mix with high impact to the consumption on services. The factors were the service personnel, service price, service channel, service process, physical environmental, service promotion and products , respectively and ; (3) the members of Suphan Buri Agricultural Marketing Co-operative Limited showed the overall opinion toward the marketing mix with high impact to the consumption on services. The factors were the service personnel, service price, service channel, service process, physical environmental, service promotion and , products respectively, and found that the members with different personal factors had different opinions. The members who had the different relevant factors toward service had the overall and by aspect opinion toward service with no difference in products, price, sale channel, sale promotion, service personel, service process and physical environment
