Abstract
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับแรงจูงใจด้านผลตอบแทนของบุคลากรสายวิชาการมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครราชสีมา 2) ระดับความจงรักภักดีต่อองค์กรของบุคลากรสายวิชาการ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครราชสีมา และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างแรงจูงใจด้านผลตอบแทนกับความจงรักภักดีต่อองค์กรของบุคลากรสายวิชาการมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครราชสีมา การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสํารวจ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากบุคลากรสายวิชาการ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครราชสีมา จํานวน 615 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จํานวน 242 คน จากการใช้สูตรยามาเน่ ประกอบด้วยข้าราชการ จํานวน 67 คน ลูกจ้างชั่วคราว จํานวน 8 คน และพนักงานในสถาบันอุดมศึกษา จํานวน 167 คน โดยการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ การวิเคราะห์สถิติเชิงพรรณนา (Descriptive Statistics) คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบสมมติฐานด้วยสถิติสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบสเปียร์แมน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับแรงจูงใจด้านผลตอบแทนของบุคลากร โดยรวมแล้วกลุ่มตัวอย่างมีแรงจูงใจในด้านผลตอบแทน อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ย เท่ากับ 3.77 ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับความจงรักภักดีต่อองค์กร โดยรวมแล้วกลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความจงรักภักดีต่อองค์กรในระดับมาก โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ย เท่ากับ 4.06 การวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างแรงจูงใจด้านผลตอบแทนโดยรวมกับ ความ จงรัก ภักดี ต่อองค์กรโดยรวม พบว่ามีค่า Sig. เท่ากับ 0.943 จึงมีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และมีความสัมพันธ์ในทิศทางเดียวกันในระดับมากที่สุด
This study aimed 1) to study the level of compensation motivation of academic staff of Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University; 2) to study the degree of loyalty of academic staff of Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University; and 3) to study the relationship between compensation motivation and loyalty of academic staff of Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University. This study was a survey research using questionnaires for data collection. The total population was 615 academic staff of Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University. The 242 samples were calculated by Yamane’s fomular and selected 67 officials, 8 temporary staff and 167 staff of educational institutions by using stratified random sampling method. The data was analyzed by using percentage, mean, standard deviation and Spearman rank difference method. The results showed that overall the level of compensation motivation of respondents was high with an average score 3.77. The degree of loyalty of respondents was high with an average score 4.06. Overall the compensation motivation related in the same direction at the highest level to loyalty with 0.943 Sig. (2-tailed) and 0.05 statistical significance.
