Abstract
การศึกษาเรื่อง ความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานชองข้าราชการกรมที่ดิน มีวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ประการ คึอ (1) เพี่อศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการกรมที่ดินที่ปฏิบัติงาน ในภาคใต้ (2) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพนธ์กับความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการ กรมที่ดินในภาคใต้ (3) เพื่อเสนอแนวทางเสริมสร้างความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการต่อกรมที่ดิน
กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นข้าราชการกรมที่ดินที่ปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในจังหวัด
นครศรีธรรมราช พัทลุง ตรัง กระบี่ และพังงา จำนวน 460 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามที่มีลักษณะเป็นมาตรประมาณค่าแบบลิเคิร์ท และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .95 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบแบบเอฟ การทดสอบแบบท การทดสอบด้วยวิธีการเชฟเฟ่ วิเคราะห์ค่าความแปรปรวนทางเดียว โดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS/FW
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ข้าราชการกรมที่ดินมีความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานโดยรวมอยู่ใน
ระดับปานกลาง แต่เมื่อเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานแต่ละด้านพบจำด้านที่มีระดับความพึงพอใจสูงมีอยู่ 3 ด้าน เรียงตามลำดับดังนี้ ด้านความสัมพันธ์กับเพื่อนร่วมงาน ด้านลักษณะงานที่ปฏิบัติ และด้านการปกครองบังคับบัญชา ด้านที่มีระดับความพึงพอใจปานกลาง มีอยู่ 4 ด้านเรียงตามลำดับ ดังนี้ ด้านความมั่นคงและความก้าวหน้า ด้านนโยบายและการบริหาร ด้านสิ่งแวดลัอมที่ทำงาน และด้านเงินเดือนและสวัสดิการ สำหรับปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความพึงพอใจของข้าราชการ พบว่า
ข้าราชการที่มีอายุ สถานภาพสมรส ระดับตำแหน่ง และช่วงของเงินเดึอนที่แตกต่างกันจะมีผลต่อความพึงพอใจที่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ส่วนเพศ ระดับการศึกษา ระยะเวลาที่ปฏิบัติงาน สายงาน และ ที่ตั้งของสถานที่ทำงานที่แตกต่างกัน ไม่มีผลต่อความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงาน
The study of job satisfaction of Government Officers has three objectives,(1) to study the level of job satisfaction of Government officers of Land Department in the southern part of Thailand. (2) to study the factors which have the relation with job satisfaction of Government officers of Land Department in the southern part of Thailand, and (3) to build up the guidelines for job satisfaction of Government officers of Land Department in the Southern Part of Thailand. The amount of 460 Government officers of Land Department working in Nakomsrithamarat, Phattalung, Trang, Krabi and Phangnga Provinces were the sample sizes for study, data gathering by questioniares with reliability level at .95. SPSS/FW computer program was used to calculate the percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test, Scheffe’s test and ANOVA. The results of the study show that: government officers of Land Department were found to be satisfied with their job at a moderate level. When the invidual components were considered, the three most satisfactory was the relationship with their colleagues, followed by the job characteristic and job supervision. The four moderate level were job security and advancement, policy and administration, working environment and salary and welfare respectively. The factors found to affect their job satisfaction were age, marital status, work position, different salary, In contrast, sex education, number of working years, line of work and the office’s site were found that no effect to job satisfaction.
