ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำทางการเรียนการสอนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษาในสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดสุโขทัย

Abstract

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นาทางการเรียนการสอนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดสุโขทัย (2) ศึกษาระดับการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษา และ (3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นาทางการเรียนการสอนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษากลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษาสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดสุโขทัย จำนวน 217 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำทางการเรียนการสอนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษาซึ่งมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .93 และ .96 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏดังนี้ (1) ภาวะผู้นำทางการเรียนการสอนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดสุโขทัย โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) การบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษาโดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก และ (3) ภาวะผู้นำทาง การเรียนการสอนในภาพรวมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดสุโขทัยมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษาโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับสูงมาก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ (r) เท่ากับ 0.80

The objectives of this research were (1) to study the level of instructional leadership of administrators of schools under local administration organizations in Sukhothai province; (2) to study the level of academic administration of the schools; and (3) to study the relationship between instructional leadership of school administrators and academic administration of the schools. The research sample consisted of 217 teachers in schools under local administration organizations in Sukhothai province, obtained by simple random sampling. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire on instructional leadership of school administrator and on academic administration of school, with reliability coefficients of .93 and .96, respectively. Statistics employed for data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's product-moment correlation. Research findings showed that (1) both the overall and specific elements of instructional leadership of administrators of schools under local administration organizations in Sukhothai province were rated at the high level; (2) both the overall and specific elements of academic administration of the schools were rated at the high level; and (3) the overall instructional leadership of administrators of schools under local administration organizations in Sukhothai province correlated positively with the overall academic administration of the schools at the very high level (r = 0.80), which was significant at the .01 level of statistical significance.
