Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) สภาพพื้นฐานทางสังคมและเศรษฐกิจของเกษตรกร (2) สภาพการผลิตข้าวทั่วไปของเกษตรกร (3) ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการผลิตข้าวตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีของเกษตรกร (4) ความต้องการของเกษตรกร ในการส่งเสริมตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี และ (5) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี ประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ เกษตรกรผู้ปลูกข้าวในอำเภอเมืองน่านที่ขึ้นทะเบียนเกษตรกรกับกรมส่งเสริมการเกษตร ปีการเพาะปลูก 2561/62 จำนวน 619 ราย กำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยใช้สูตรของ Yamane ระดับความคลาดเคลื่อน 0.05 ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน จำนวน 243 ราย รวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าต่ำสุด ค่าสูงสุด ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการจัดอันดับ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) เกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย อายุเฉลี่ย 56.50 ปี จบการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา จำนวนสมาชิกในครัวเรือน เฉลี่ย 3.95 คน ประสบการณ์ในการทำนาเฉลี่ย 33.12 ปี ประกอบอาชีพทำนาเป็นอาชีพหลัก จำนวนแรงงานในภาคการเกษตร เฉลี่ย 2.06 คน ส่วนใหญ่ใช้ที่ดินเป็นของตนเองในการปลูกข้าว ส่วนใหญ่ใช้เงินทุนจากเงินกู้ในการทำการเกษตร รายได้ของครัวเรือนในภาคการเกษตรเฉลี่ย 93,437.04 บาท และหนี้สินเฉลี่ย 183,000.00 บาท (2) สภาพการผลิตข้าวทั่วไปของเกษตรกร ปลูกข้าวในพื้นที่ราบลุ่ม และมีลักษณะเป็นดินเหนียว ใช้น้ำฝนในการเพาะปลูก โดยปลูกข้าวเหนียวพันธุ์ กข 6 โดยปลูกข้าวแบบนาหว่านข้าวแห้งและใส่ปุ๋ยเคมี โดยพบโรคไหม้และพบหอยเชอรรี่ การเก็บเกี่ยวข้าวโดยสังเกตจากสีของรวงข้าว โดยใช้รถเกี่ยวนวดในการเก็บเกี่ยว ลดความชื้น โดยการตากลาน (3) เกษตรกรมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการผลิตข้าวตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี (4) เกษตรกรต้องการการส่งเสริมผ่านการสื่อสารแบบกลุ่ม โดยการฝึกอบรม ต้องการความรู้เรื่องแหล่งน้ำ และต้องการสนับสนุนเมล็ดพันธุ์ข้าวคุณภาพดี (5) ปัญหาด้านการส่งเสริมด้านความต้องการความรู้ และด้านความต้องการสนับสนุน ข้อเสนอแนะเจ้าหน้าที่ควรอบรมให้ความรู้แก่เกษตรกรโดยตรง และควรมีการบูรณาการ ในการอบรมให้ความรู้ด้านมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี
The purposes of research were to study Rice farmers in Mueang Nan District, Nan Province in the following issues: (1) socio-economic condition, (2) general information about rice production, (3) knowledge of Standard of Good Agricultural Practice of Rice, (4) extension needs of rice production according to Standard of Good Agricultural Practice, and (5) the problems and suggestions on rice production according to Standard of Good Agricultural Practice. Population of 619 rice farmers in Mueang Nan District, Nan Province who registered with the Department of Agricultural extension in the production year of 2018/19. The 243 sample size was determined by Yamane formula with error variance at 0.05. Structured interview was used for data collection. Statistics used were frequency, percentage, average, minimum, maximum, standard deviation and ranking. The results revealed the following: (1) Most farmers were male with the average age of 56.50 years and finished primary school. The average of household members was 3.95 persons while the average experience in farming was 33.12 years. Rice farming was the main occupation. The average of household workers was 2.06 persons. Most farmers grew rice on their own lands and used loans for farming. The average household income in agriculture was 93,437.04 baht and the debt was 183,000.00 baht. (2) Rice production conditions were planting in lowland areas in with clay soil and use rainwater. RD 6 rice was cultivated by dry broadcasting, and chemical fertilizer was used. Blast disease and Golden apple snail were found. Harvesting time was determined by the observation of the colors of the ears and the harvesting method was by tractors. Rice moisture content was reduced by drying on courtyard. (3) Most farmers had knowledge of rice production according to good agricultural practice standards at the highest level. (4) Extension needs of these farmers were to receive promotion through group communication such as training. The Knowledge needs were about water resources and good quality rice seeds. (5) Farmers faced problem on extension, knowledge, and supporting. Direct training to farmers by the officers and the integration of knowledge-based training on Good Agricultural Practice were suggested
