Abstract
การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาทัศนคติของสมาชิกที่มีต่อบริการด้านสินเชื่อของสหกรณ์การเกษตรดอนเจดีย์ จำกัด 2) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของสมาชิกเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยส่วนประสมการตลาดด้านสินเชื่อของสหกรณ์การเกษตรดอนเจดีย์ จำกัด 3) ศึกษาปัจจัยทัศนคติและปัจจัยส่วนประสมการตลาดที่ส่งผลต่อการใช้บริการสินเชื่อของสมาชิกสหกรณ์การเกษตรดอนเจดีย์ จำกัด และ 4) เปรียบเทียบปัจจัยทัศนคติและปัจจัยส่วนประสมการตลาดด้านบริการสินเชื่อสหกรณ์การเกษตรดอนเจดีย์ จำกัด จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงปริมาณ ประชากร ได้แก่ สมาชิกผู้ใช้บริการด้านสินเชื่อสหกรณ์การเกษตรดอนเจดีย์ จำกัด จำนวน 1,423 คน กำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยใช้สูตรของทาโร่ ยามาเน่ ได้จำนวน 315 คน และใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวและการเปรียบเทียบเชิงพหุคูณด้วยวิธีผลต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญน้อยที่สุด ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1) ทัศนคติของสมาชิกที่มีต่อบริการด้านสินเชื่อของสหกรณ์โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) สมาชิกมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยส่วนประสมการตลาดด้านสินเชื่อของสหกรณ์โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียง 3 ลำดับแรก ได้แก่ ด้านการส่งเสริมการตลาด ด้านกระบวนการ และด้านราคา 3) ปัจจัยด้านทัศนคติไม่ส่งผลต่อการใช้บริการสินเชื่อของสหกรณ์ แต่ส่วนประสมการตลาดส่งผลต่อการใช้บริการด้านสินเชื่อ โดยปัจจัยที่ส่งผลมากที่สุด ได้แก่ ด้านสถานที่รองลงมา คือ ด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ 4) สมาชิกที่มีอายุและรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนที่แตกต่างกันมีทัศนคติต่อการบริการสินเชื่อแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และสมาชิกที่มีเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา สถานภาพสมรส และรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนที่แตกต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับส่วนประสมการตลาดแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
The objectives of this study were 1) to study the members’ attitudes toward loan services of Don Chedi Agriculture Cooperative Limited, 2) to study the members’ opinions on the marketing mix factors affecting loan services of Don Chedi Agriculture Cooperative Limited, 3) to study the attitude factors and the marketing mix factors affecting the use of loan services by the member of Don Chedi Agriculture Cooperative Limited, and 4) to compare the attitude factors and the marketing mix factors in loan services of Don Chedi Agriculture Cooperative Limited classified by personal factors. This study was a quantitative study. The population was the 1,423 members who used the loan services of Don Chedi Agriculture Cooperative Limited. The sample size is calculated using Taro Yamane’s Formula as a total of 315 samples using simple random sampling method. A questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection. The statistics applied in data analysis consist of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Multiple Regression Analysis, T-Test, One-Way ANOVA, and Multiple Comparison using Least Significant Difference (LSD) Method. The results indicated that: 1) the members’ overall attitudes toward loan services of Don Chedi Agriculture Cooperative Limited were at a high level. 2) The members’ opinions on the marketing mix factors in loan services of Don Chedi Agriculture Cooperative Limited were at a high level. The sequences of the first three orders include marketing promotion, process, and price respectively. 3) The attitude factors did not affect the use of loan services of the Cooperative, but the marketing mix factors affected the use of loan services. The maximum and secondary affecting factors were premise and product, respectively. 4) The members with different age and average monthly income had different attitudes on the use of loan services at statistical significance level of 0.05. The members with different gender, age, educational level, marital status, and average monthly income had different opinions on marketing mix factors at statistical significance level of 0.05.
