Abstract
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) สร้างเครื่องมือประเมินคุณธรรมพื้นฐานของนักเรียนระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ วิทยาลัยเกษตรและเทคโนโลยีในภาคกลาง สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา และ (2) ตรวจสอบคุณภาพเครื่องมือประเมินคุณธรรมพื้นฐานของนักเรียนระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ วิทยาลัยเกษตรและเทคโนโลยีในภาคกลาง สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา
กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ ของวิทยาลัยเกษตรและเทคโนโลยีในภาคกลาง ปีการศึกษา 2555 จำนวน 400 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสังเกตคุณธรรมพื้นฐานของนักเรียน และ แบบประเมินคุณธรรมพื้นฐานของนักเรียน ตรวจสอบคุณภาพเครื่องมือในด้าน ความตรง ความเที่ยง และอำนาจจำแนก
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) เครื่องมือที่พัฒนามี 2 ฉบับ คือ แบบสังเกตคุณธรรมพื้นฐานของนักเรียน โดยครูเป็นผู้สังเกต เป็นแบบมาตรประมาณค่า จำนวน 40 ข้อ และแบบประเมินคุณธรรมพื้นฐานของนักเรียน โดยนักเรียนประเมินตนเอง เป็นแบบมาตรประมาณค่า จำนวน 40 ข้อ และ (2) ผลการตรวจสอบคุณภาพ แบบสังเกตคุณธรรมพื้นฐานมีความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา ตรวจสอบโดยดัชนีความสอดคล้อง มีค่าระหว่าง .60 ถึง 1.00 ความเที่ยงของผู้สังเกตตรวจสอบโดยสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน มีค่าเท่ากับ .95 แบบประเมินคุณธรรมพื้นฐานมีความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาตรวจสอบโดยดัชนีความสอดคล้อง มีค่าระหว่าง .60 ถึง 1.00 อำนาจจาแนก ตรวจสอบด้วยสหสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคะแนนรายข้อกับคะแนนรวม มีค่าระหว่าง .20 ถึง .62 ความเที่ยง ตรวจสอบด้วยสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค มีค่าเท่ากับ .91 และความตรงเชิงโครงสร้างตรวจสอบด้วยเทคนิคกลุ่มรู้ชัด มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
The purposes of this research were (1) to make the instruments to assess virtues and ethics of Certificate level students in Agriculture and Technology Colleges in the central region under the office of the Vocational Education Commission; and (2) to verify quality of the instruments to assess virtues and ethics of Certificate level students in Agriculture and Technology Colleges in the central region under the office of the Vocational Education Commission. The research sample were 400 certificate level students of Agriculture and Technology Colleges in the central region in academic year 2012, selected by multi-stage sampling. The employed research instruments were 2 assessment forms: (1) a student behavior observation form for teachers. and (2) a self-assessment form for students. Statistics employed for quality verification of the instruments were validity, reliability and discrimination. The research finding were (1) the 2 assessment forms which were the student behavior observation form for teachers, with 40 items and the self-assessment form for students, with 40 items (2) results of quality verification showed that the content validity of the student behavior observation form for teacher as shown by the IOC index ranges from .60 to 1.00 and the reliability coefficient of the student behavior observation is .95; the self - assessment form for students as shown by the IOC index ranges from .60 to 1.00; the discrimination of the self-assessment form for students is between .20 to .62; the reliability coefficient of the self-assessment form for students is .91; the construct validity was confirmed as verified by known group technique the results of which showed that the test could discriminate significantly at .01 level.
