Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ความสามารถทางเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และการสื่อสารด้านพุทธิพิสัยของครูผู้สอนกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สุขศึกษาและพลศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 13 (2) ความสามารถทางเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และการสื่อสารด้านทักษะพิสัยของครูผู้สอนกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สุขศึกษา และพลศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 13 และ (3) ความสามารถทางเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และการสื่อสารด้านจิตพิสัยของครูผู้สอนกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สุขศึกษาและพลศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 13 ประชากร คือ ครูผู้สอนกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สุขศึกษาและพลศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 13 จำนวน 114 คน เครื่องมือรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามความสามารถด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารของครูผู้สอนกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สุขศึกษาและพลศึกษา มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ . 95 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า ความสามารถด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารของครู ผู้สอนกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สุขศึกษาและพลศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 13 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่าอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน ได้แก่ (1) ด้านพุทธิพิสัย ครูมีความสามารถเรื่องการรู้สารสนเทศ (2) ด้านทักษะพิสัย ครูมีความสามารถเรื่อง การจัดการกับแฟ้มข้อมูล และ (3) ด้าน จิตพิสัย ครูมีความสามารถเรื่องการตระหนักและเห็น ความสำคัญของการประยุกต์ใช้ ไอซีทีกับการเรียนการสอน โดยเป็นไปในทิศทางที่ถูกต้อง ไม่ขัดต่อศีลธรรมและกฎหมาย

The objectives of this research were to study (1) information technology and communications ability in the cognitive domain of Health and Physical Education Learning Area teachers under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area 13; (2) information technology and communications ability in the psychomotor domain of Health and Physical Education Learning Area teachers under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area 13; and (3) information technology and communications ability in the affective domain of Health and Physical Education Learning Area teachers under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area 13. The research population comprised 114 Health and Physical Education Learning Area teachers under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area 13. The data collecting instrument was a questionnaire on Health and Physical Education Learning Area teacher’s information technology and communications ability, with reliability coefficient of .95. Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Research findings showed that the overall information technology and communications ability of Health and Physical Education Learning Area teachers under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area 13 was at the high level. When specific domains of the ability were considered, it was found that all of them were rated at the high level. The specific domains each of which with the item receiving the highest rating mean were shown as follows: (1) in the cognitive domain, the item with the highest rating mean was that on the teachers’ ability to know information technology; (2) in the psychomotor domain, the item with the highest rating mean was that on the teachers’ files management ability; and (3) in the affective domain, the item with the highest rating mean was that on the teachers’ ability to be aware of and recognize the importance of the correct application of ICT in instruction which was in accordance with morality and laws.
