Abstract
การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาคุณภาพการบริการสินเชื่อเงินกองทุนการปฏิรูปที่ดินเพื่อเกษตรกรรมของสำนักงานการปฏิรูปที่ดินจังหวัดนครนายก (2) เปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจต่อคุณภาพการบริการ สินเชื่อเงินกองทุนการปฏิรูปที่ดินเพื่อเกษตรกรรมของสำนักงานการปฏิรูปที่ดินจังหวัดนครนายก จำแนกตามลักษณะประชากรศาสตร์การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ กลุ่มประชากร คือ เกษตรกรผู้ใช้บริการสินเชื่อ เงินกองทุนการปฏิรูปที่ดินเพื่อเกยตรกรรมของสำนักงานการปฏิรูปที่ดินจังหวัดนครนายกที่ยังคงมีสถานะเป็นลูกหนี้ จำนวน 119 ราย โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากประชากรทั้งหมด เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ ทดสอบสมมติฐาน คือ การทดสอบค่าทีและการทดสอบความแปรปรวนผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้ พบว่า (1) เกษตรกรผู้ใช้บริการมีระดับความพึงพอใจในคุณภาพการบริการสินเชื่อเงินกองทุนการปฏิรูปที่ดินเพื่อเกษตรกรรมของสำนักงานการปฏิรูปที่ดินจังหวัดนครนายก โดยรวม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณ ารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการสร้างความมั่นใจในบริการอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด รองลงมา ด้านความเชื่อถือไว้วางใจได้ของการบริการด้านการเข้าใจ และรู้จักลูกค้า ด้านความเป็นรูปธรรมของการบริการ และด้านการตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้ใช้บริการ ตามลำดับ (2) เพศ อายุ สถานภาพการสมรส ระดับการศึกษาสูงสุด และจำนวนสมาชิกในครัวเรือนที่แตกต่างกันความพึงพอใจต่อคุณภาพการบริการสินเชื่อเงินกองทุนการปฏิรูปที่ดินเพื่อเกษตรกรรมของสำนักงานการปฏิรูปที่ดิน จังหวัดนครนายก แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
The objectives of this study were (1) to study service quality for agricultural land reform fund credit of Nakhon Nayok Provincial Land Reform Office, (2) to compare satisfaction toward service quality for agricultural land reform fund credit of Nakhon Nayok Provincial Land Reform Office under classification of demographic characteristics. The population of this survey research was 119 agriculturalists who use service of the agricultural land reform fund credit of Nakhon Nayok Provincial Land Reform Office and has still been the debtors. A constructed questionnaire was used as instrument to collect data. The statistics employed for data analysis include frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and hypothesis testing of t-Test and variance testing. The result of this study revealed that: (1) the level of satisfaction of service quality for agricultural land reform fund credit of Nakhon Nayok Provincial Land Reform Office was overall at the highest level. As for individual aspects, it was found that create confidence in service aspect was at the highest level, followed by trust for service aspect, understanding and knowing the customer aspect, tangible service aspect, and responsive to the customer aspect, respectively, and (2) the customers who had different gender, age, marriage status, highest level of education, and number of household had different satisfaction toward service quality for agricultural land reform fund credit of Nakhon Nayok Provincial Land Reform Office with the statistical significance at the level of 0.05.
