Abstract
การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาเรื่อง การมีส่วนร่วมอาสาสมัครป้องกันภัยฝ่ายพลเรือน(อปพร.) ในการป้องกันภัยจากภัยธรรมชาติของจังหวัดปัตตานี โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วม และเปรียบเทียบถึงปัจขัยที่มีอิทธิพลคือการมีส่วนร่วมของอาสาสมัครป้องกันภัยฝ่ายพลเรือน (อปพร.) ในการป้องภัยภัยจากภัยธรรมชาติของจังหวัดปัตตานีการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากอาสาสมัครป้องกันภัยฝ่ายพลเรือนในพื้นที่จังหวัดปัตตานี ทั้ง 12 อำเภอ รวมจำนวน 354 คน เครื่องมีอที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.96 สถิติที่ใข้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่า
ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสถิติ t- Test และค่าสถิติ F- Testโดยใชัโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) อาสาสมัครป้องกันภัยฝ่ายพลเรือน (อปพร.) มีส่วนร่วมในการป้องกันภัยจากภัยธรรมชาติของจังหวัดปัตตานี อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (2) การมีส่วนร่วมของอาสาสมัครป้องกันภัยฝ่ายพลเรือนจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลและปัจจัยสนับสนุน พบว่า อายุ สถานภาพในครอบครัว อาชีพ และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสำนักงานป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัยจังหวัดปัตตานีกับอาสาสมัครป้องกันภัยฝ่ายพลเรือน มีอิทธิพลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการป้องกันภัยจากภัยธรรมชาติของจังหวัดปัตตานีอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ส่วน เพศ ศาสนา ระดับการศึกษา รายได้/เดีอน ระยะเวลาที่อาศัยในชุมชน และความรู้ความเข้าใจจากการฝึกอบรม/ทบทวนอาสาสมัครป้องกันภัยฝ่ายพลเรือน ไม่มีอิทธิพลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการป้องกันภัยจากภัยธรรมชาติของจังหวัดปัตตานี
The research aims to study the level of participation civil defence volunteers in the prevention of the natural disaster in Pattani Province and compare the level of participation of the civil defence volunteers in preventing the natural disaster in Pattani Province. Data of this survey research are gathered from the civil defence volunteers in Pattani Province from 12 districts. The total number was 354. The tool for this research was a questionnaire with validity at 0.96. Percentage, means, Standard Deviation, t-test and F-tcst were used to analyze the data. The results showed that (1) the civil defense volunteers participate in the natural disaster prevention in Pattani province were in the moderate level, (2) age, marital status, occupation, and the relationship between the Office of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation and the civil defense volunteers were factors that had an influence on the level of participation with a statistical significance at 0.05. Gender, religion, level of education, salary, length of living time in the community, and knowledge in the civil volunteers’ trainings had no influence on the participation in prevention of natural disaster in Pattani Province.
