Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ปัจจัย ส่วนบุคคลของสมาชิกสหกรณ์การเกษตรศุภนิมิต กระบุรี จำกัด 2) ความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลและปัจจัยด้านสหกรณ์กับการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินธุรกิจของสมาชิกสหกรณ์การเกษตรศุภนิมิตกระบุรี จำกัด และ 3) ปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะในการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินธุรกิจของสมาชิกสหกรณ์การเกษตรศุภนิมิตกระบุรี จำกัด ประชากรที่ศึกษาคือ สมาชิกสหกรณ์การเกษตรศุภนิมิตกระบุรี จำกัด โดยศึกษาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 272 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติทดสอบไคสแควร์ แลการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) สมาชิกส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุระหว่าง 51- 60 ปี การศึกษาระดับ ประถมศึกษาสถานภาพสมรส ประกอบอาชีพเกษตรกรรม รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อปี 50,000 - 100,000 บาท ค่าใช้จ่ายเฉลี่ยต่อปี 30,001 - 50,000 บาท การเข้าเป็นสมาชิกสหกรณ์ 6-10 ปี การมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินธุรกิจของสมาชิกในปีที่ผ่านมา ธุรกิจรับเงินฝาก ร้อยละ 52.6 ธุรกิจจัดหาสินค้า มาจำหน่าย ร้อยละ 66.2 ธุรกิจสินเชื่อ ร้อยละ 53.7 และธุรกิจรวบรวมผลผลิต ร้อยละ 26.5 ปัจจัยด้านสหกรณ์ที่มีผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินธุรกิจของสมาชิกโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยปัจจัยที่อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดได้แก่ ความมั่นคงของสหกรณ์ ระดับมาก คือ ความเชื่อมั่นต่อคณะกรรมการบริหาร และผลตอบแทนที่ได้รับ 2) ความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของสมาชิกกับการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินธุรกิจของสมาชิกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 พบว่า อายุของสมาชิกมีความสัมพันธ์กับธุรกิจจัดหาสินค้ามาจำหน่าย สถานภาพและรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อปี มีความสัมพันธ์กับธุรกิจรับฝากเงิน อาชีพหลักมีความสัมพันธ์กับธุรกิจสินเชื่อ รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อปี มีความสัมพันธ์กับธุรกิจรวบรวมผลผลิต ระยะเวลาการเป็นสมาชิกสัมพันธ์กับธุรกิจรับฝากเงิน ธุรกิจจัดหาสินค้ามาจำหน่าย ธุรกิจสินเชื่อ และธุรกิจรวบรวมผลผลิต สำหรับปัจจัยด้านสหกรณ์พบว่า ความมั่นคงของสหกรณ์ และความเชื่อมั่นต่อคณะกรรมการมีความสัมพันธ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติกับธุรกิจรับฝากเงิน และธุรกิจรวบรวมผลผลิต ผลตอบแทนที่ได้รับมีความสัมพันธ์กับธุรกิจรับฝากเงิน ธุรกิจสินเชื่อ และธุรกิจรวบรวมผลผลิต และสวัสดิการมีความสัมพันธ์กับธุรกิจรับฝากเงิน 3)ปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะในการเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินธุรกิจของสมาชิกสหกรณ์โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ปัญหาสำคัญ คือ ไม่มีเวลาเข้าร่วมการดำเนินธุรกิจของสหกรณ์ การให้้ บริการของคณะกรรมการ และสหกรณ์มีธุรกิจให้บริการแก่สมาชิกไม่ครบถ้วนตามที่ต้องการ
The objectives of this research were to study 1) the personal factors of members of Supanimit Kraburi Agricultural Cooperative Ltd.; 2) the relationships between the members’ personal factors and factors related to the cooperative with the members’ participation in the cooperative’s business activities; and 3) problems with the members’ participation in the cooperative’s business activities and recommendations for improvements. The sample population consisted of 272 members of Supanimit Kraburi Agricultural Cooperative Ltd. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, chi square test and content analysis. The results showed that 1) the majority of samples were female, age 51-60, educated to primary school level, married and worked as farmers. Their average income was 50,000-100,000 baht a year and their average expenses were 30,001-50,000 baht a year. They had been members of the cooperative on average 6-10 years. They had participated in the cooperative’s business activities in the past year, 52.6% they had participated in receiving deposits, 66.2% in acquiring merchandise for sale, 53.7% in the credit business, and 26.5% in the agricultural products consolidation business. Overall, all cooperative-related factors affected members’ participation to a high level. The cooperative’s stability was rated as the most important factor, followed by confidence in the board of directors and financial returns. 2) The following personal factors were related to members’ participation to a statistically significant degree (p>0.05): age was related to participation in acquiring merchandise for sale; marital status and annual income were related to participation in receiving deposits; career was related to participation in the credit business; annual income was related to participation in the agricultural products consolidation business; number of years of membership in the cooperative was related to participation in receiving deposits, acquiring merchandise for sale, the credit business and the agricultural products consolidation business. As for cooperative- related factors, the factors of stability and confidence in the board of directors were related to participation in receiving deposits and agricultural products consolidation to a statistically significant degree. The factor of financial returns was related to participation in receiving deposits, the credit business and agricultural products consolidation. The factor of benefits was related to participation in receiving deposits. 3) Overall, the samples reported that they had a medium level of problems with participating in the cooperative’s business activities. The major problem was a lack of time to join in the cooperative’s operations. The less important problems were dissatisfaction with the board of director’s services and that the cooperative did not offer complete services as desired by its members.
