ความเครียดในการปฏิบัติงานของวิสัญญีพยาบาลโรงพยาบาลทั่วไป สังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุขในเขตสุขภาพที่ 7

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับความเครียดในการปฏิบัติงานของวิสัญญีพยาบาล โรงพยาบาลทัวไป สังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข ในเขตสุขภาพที่ 7 (2) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยที่ก่อให้เกิดความเครียดในการปฏิบัติงานกับความเครียดในการปฏิบัติงานของวิสัญญีพยาบาล โรงพยาบาลทัวไป สังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข ในเขตสุขภาพที่ 7 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษา เป็นวิสัญญีพยาบาลจำนวน 66 คน เครื่องมือวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม แบ่งเป็น 3 ส่วน คือ (1) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล (2) ปัจจัยที่ก่อให้เกิดความเครียดในการปฏิบัติงานของวิสัญญีพยาบาล (3) ความเครียดในการปฏิบัติงานของวิสัญญีพยาบาล แบบสอบถามผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาและได้นำไปทดลองใช้ได้ค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามเท่ากับ .94 และ .97 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ โดยการหาค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ความเครียดในการปฏิบัติงานของวิสัญญีพยาบาล โรงพยาบาลทัวไ่ป สังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข ในเขตสุขภาพที่ 7 อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (X̅= 2.42 , SD = .33 ) (2) ปัจจัยที่ก่อให้เกิดความเครียดในการปฏิบัติงานโดยรวมมีความสัมพันธ์กับความเครียดในการปฏิบัติงานของวิสัญญีพยาบาลทางบวกในระดับสูงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 (r = .796) เมื่อวิเคราะห์รายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการบริหารจัดการ, ด้านคุณลักษณะงานและด้านสัมพันธภาพระหว่างบุคคลมีความสัมพันธ์ กับความเครียดในการปฏิบัติงานของวิสัญญีพยาบาลทางบวกในระดับสูงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 (r = .698, .697, .645 ตามลำดับ) ด้านปริมาณงานและด้านสภาพแวดล้อมในการปฏิบัติงาน มีความสัมพันธ์กับความเครียดในการปฏิบัติงานของวิสัญญีพยาบาลทางบวกในระดับปานกลางอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 (r = .493, .481 ตามลำดับ)

The purpose of this descriptive study were : ( 1) to study the job stress of Nurse Anesthetists at General hospitals under the ministry of Public Health in Health Area 7 th (2) to study the relationship between factor related to job stress and job stress of Nurse Anesthetists at General hospitals under the ministry of Public Health in Health Area 7 th The sample comprised 66 Nurse Anesthetists. Questionnaires was used as research toll which comprised three sections : personal data, factor related to job stress and job stress. The questionnaires were tested for validity and reliability. The reliability of the second and the third sections were .94 and .97 respectively. Data was analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson´s product moment correlation coefficient. The resultwere as follows. (1) job stress of Nurse anesthetists at General hospitals under the ministry of Public Health in Health Area 7 th was at the moderate level (X̅ = 2.42 , SD = .33) (2) Factor related to job stress were correlate positively at high level to job stress of Nurse anesthetists with the statistical significance level of .01 (r = .796). Considering in each catagery ; Management, Job characteristic and Interpersonal relationship were correlate positively at high level to job stress of Nurse Anesthetists with the statistical significantly level of .01 (r =.698, .697, .645) , Workload and Work environment was correlate positively at the moderate level to job stress of Nurse Anesthetists with the statistical significantly level of .01 (r =.493, .481).
