การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) พัฒนาชุดกิจกรรมการอ่านจับใจความสำคัญ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปี ที่ 3 ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 และ (2) เปรียบเทียบ ความสามารถในการอ่านจับใจความสำคัญระหว่างก่อนและหลังเรียนโดยใช้ชุดกิจกรรมการอ่าน จับใจความสำคัญของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปี ที่ 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปี ที่ 3 โรงเรียนวัดทุ่งตาเปรี้ยว จังหวัดพิษณุโลก จำนวน 15 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย (1) ชุดกิจกรรมการอ่านจับใจความสำคัญ และ (2) แบบทดสอบวัดความสามารถในการอ่านจับใจความสำคัญ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าประสิทธิภาพ E1 /E2ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วน เบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) ชุดกิจกรรมการอ่านจับใจความสำคัญมีประสิทธิภาพ 92.36/94.00 ซึ่งสูงกวาเกณฑ์มาตรฐานที่กำหนดไว้ และ(2) ความสามารถในการอ่านจับใจความ สำคัญของนักเรียน หลังใช้ชุดกิจกรรมการอ่านจับใจความสำคัญสูงกวาก่อนใช้ชุดกิจกรรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
The purposes of this research were (1) to develop a reading comprehension activities package for Prathom Suksa III students based on the 80/80 efficiency criterion; and (2) to compare reading comprehension abilities of Prathom Suksa III students before and after learning with the use of the reading comprehension activities package. The research sample consisted of 15 Prathom Suksa III students of Wat Thung Tapriew School in Phitsanulok province, obtained by cluster sampling. The employed research instruments were (1) a reading comprehension activities package, and (2) a test of reading comprehension ability. Statistics employed for data analysis were the E1/E2 index, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. Research findings showed that (1) the developed reading comprehension activities package was efficient at 92.36/94.00 which was higher than the set efficiency criterion; and (2) the post-experiment reading comprehension ability of the students who learned with the use of the reading comprehension activity package was significantly higher than their pre-experiment counterpart ability at the .01 level.
