ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพฤติกรรมการพัฒนาตนเองของพยาบาลวิชาชีพกับประสิทธิผลของหอผู้ป่วยโรงพยาบาลทั่วไป เขตตรวจราชการสาธารณสุขที่ 17

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) พฤติกรรมการพัฒนาตนเองของพยาบาล วิชาชีพ (2) ประสิทธิผลของหอผู้ป่วย (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพฤติกรรมการพัฒนาตนเองของพยาบาลวิชาชีพกับประสิทธิผลของหอผู้ป่วย โรงพยาบาลทั่วไป เขตตรวจราชการสาธารณสุขที่ 17 ประชากรที่ศึกษาคือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในกลุ่มการพยาบาล โรงพยาบาลทั่วไป เขตตรวจราชการสาธารณสุขที่ 17 จำนวน ทั้งสิ้น 1,239 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพจำนวน 297 คน ได้จากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการพัฒนาตนเองของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ และแบบสอบถามประสิทธิผลของหอผู้ป่วย เครื่องมือทั้งสองส่วนมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากัน คือเท่ากับ 0.92 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและสัมประสิทธิ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) พฤติกรรมการพัฒนาตนเองของพยาบาลวิชาชีพโรงพยาบาลทั่วไป เขตตรวจราชการสาธารณสุขที่ 17 มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน (2) ประสิทธิผลของหอผู้ป่วยมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูงทุกด้าน (3) พฤติกรรมการพัฒนาตนเองของพยาบาลวิชาชีพโดยรวมมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับประสิทธิผลของหอผู้ป่วย โรงพยาบาลทั่วไป เขตตรวจราชการสาธารณสุขที่ 17 ในระดับปานกลาง (r = .57) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ข้อเสนอแนะควรมีการทำวิจัยเพื่อสำรวจปัญหาและอุปสรรคต่าง ๆ ในการพัฒนาตนเองของบุคลากรทางการพยาบาล รวมถึงความต้องการในการพัฒนาตนเองในด้านต่าง ๆ เพื่อผู้บริหารการพยาบาลจะได้นำผลไปใช้ในการวางแผนพัฒนาบุคลากรได้

The purposes of this research were ะ (1) to study the selfdevelopment behaviors of professional nurses, (2) to investigate the effectiveness of ward at general hospital, the Inspection of Public Health Region 17, and (3) to explore the relationship between the selfdevelopment behavior of professional nurses and the effectiveness of ward. The population of this study consisted of 1,239 professional nurses who worked at general hospitals, the Inspection of Public Health Region 17, The sample included 297 professional nurses, and was selected by the stratified random sampling technique. Questionnaires were used as research tools and consisted of three parts: (1) demographic data, (2) selfdevelopment behaviors of professional nurses, and (3) effectiveness of ward. The validity of the tools was verified by three experts, and the content validity indexes were 0.88.The Cronbach’s alpha reliability coefficients of the second and the third parts were both 0.92. Research data were analyzed by both descriptive statistics (percentage, mean, and standard deviation) and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient. The research finding were as follows. (1) Professional nurses rated their selfdevelopment behaviors at the high level. (2) They also rated the effectiveness of ward at the high level. (3) There was significantly moderately positive correlation between the selfdevelopment behaviors and the effectiveness of ward (r = .57,p<.01).
