Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยวที่มีต่อการ บริการของ แฮปปี้มายด์ทัวร์และ (2) ระดับความสำคัญของปัจจัยส่วนประสมการตลาดที่มีผลต่อความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยวต่อการบริการของ แฮปปี้มายด์ทัวร์ การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรคือ นักท่องเที่ยวที่เคยมาใช้บริการของแฮบปี้มายด์ทัวร์และอาศัยอยูในพื้นที่สามจังหวัดชายแดน ได้แก่ จังหวัดปัตตานี ยะลา และ นราธิวาส กำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 388 ราย จากการเปิดตารางของทาโร่ ยามาเน่โดยไม่ทราบ จำนวนประชากรที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่นร้อยละ 95 เลือกตัวอย่างโดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างตามสะดวก ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุ 30-31 ปี มีรายได้เฉลี่ย 15,00-20,000 บาทต่อเดือน ประกอบอาชีพรับราชการ การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี (1) นักท่องเที่ยวมีความพึงพอใจต่อการบริการของแฮปปี้มายด์ทัวร์โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ตามลำดับดังนี้ คือ ด้านข้อมูลข่าวสารที่ได้รับ ด้านสถานที่ท่องเที่ยว และด้านคมนาคม และ (2) ปัจจัยส่วนประสมการตลาดที่มีผลต่อความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยวต่อการบริการของแฮปปี้มายด์ทัวร์ โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมากตามลำดับดังนี้ด้านบุคลากรอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านลักษณะทาง กายภาพ ด้านราคา และด้านช่องทางการจัดจำหน่าย ตามลำดับ
The objectives of this independent study were to study: (1) satisfaction of tourists towards the service of Happymind Tour; and (2) significant level of marketing mix factors influencing tourist satisfaction to Happymind Tour. This study is a survey research which the population is the tourists who used the Happymind Tour services in three southern provinces of Thailand, namely Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat. The sample size are 388 peoples from the square without notice population at a confidence level of 95 percent, using convenience sampling. Questionnaires were used to collect data. The statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and analysis of variance. The study found that most respondents were female, aged between 30-31 years, bachelor degree with an average monthly income of 15,000 to 20,000 baht, working as government officer; (1) tourists are satisfied with the services of a Happymind Tour overall was very great in the following order; travelling information, destination and transportation; and (2) the marketing mix factors influencing tourist satisfaction to a Happymind Tour overall are at high level in the following order; staff services, physical evidence, price and distribution channels, respectively
