ทักษะของผู้บริหารที่ส่งเสริมการจัดการศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากระบี่

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาทักษะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งเสริมการจัดการศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากระบี่ และ (2) เปรียบเทียบทักษะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งเสริมการจัดการศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากระบี่ จำแนกตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากระบี่ จานวน 322 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ0.97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการเปรียบเทียบรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ ผลการศึกษาปรากฏว่า (1) ทักษะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งเสริมการจัดการศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากระบี่ในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก และ (2) ทักษะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งเสริมการจัดการศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากระบี่ จำแนกตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา ซึ่งแบ่งเป็นขนาดเล็ก ขนาดกลาง และขนาดใหญ่ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสาคัญที่ระดับ.05 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ทักษะการคิดสร้างสรรค์ ทักษะการกำหนดวิสัยทัศน์ ทักษะการเป็นผู้นาทางวิชาการ ทักษะนวัตกรรมเพื่อการเรียนรู้ ทักษะการสื่อสาร และทักษะการทางานเป็นทีมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสาคัญที่ระดับ.05 ส่วนทักษะการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล และทักษะมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ไม่แตกต่างกัน

The purposes of this study were (1) to study the skills for promotion of educational management in the 21st Century of administrators in schools under Krabi Primary Education Service Area Offices; and (2) to compare the skills for promotion of educational management in the 21st Century of administrators in schools under Krabi Primary Education Service Area Offices as classified by school size. The research sample consisted of 322 teachers in schools under Krabi Primary Education Service Area Offices, obtained by stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire with reliability coefficient of 0.97. Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, one way ANOVA, and Scheffe’s method of pairwise comparison. The findings revealed that (1) the overall and by-aspect skills for promotion of educational management in the 21st Century of administrators in schools under Krabi Primary Education Service Area Offices were rated at the high level; and (2) the skills for promotion of educational management in the 21st Century of administrators in schools under Krabi Primary Education Service Area Offices, which were of different sizes, namely, small sized schools, middle sized schools, and large sized schools, were significantly different at the .05 level; when specific aspects of the skills were considered, significant differences at the .05 level were found in the creative thinking skill, vision determination skill, academic leadership skill, learning innovation skill, communication skill, and teamwork skill; while no significant difference was found in the skill of using digital technology, and the achievement-oriented skill.
