การพัฒนาระบบวิเคราะห์ความรู้สึกแบบเรียลไทม์ของนักศึกษาบนเฟซบุ๊กโดยใช้ตัวจำแนกข้อมูล นาอีฟ เบย์ สำหรับภาษาไทย

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาระบบวิเคราะห์ความรู้สึกแบบเรียลไทม์ของนักศึกษาบนเฟซบุ๊กโดยใช้ตัวจําแนกข้อมูลนาอีฟ เบย์ สําหรับภาษาไทย และ 2) เพื่อประเมินมาตรการความถูกต้องของค่าความแม่นยําและค่าเรียกคืนของระบบวิเคราะห์ความรู้สึกแบบเรียลไทม์ของนักศึกษาบนเฟซบุ๊กโดยใช้ตัวจําแนกข้อมูลนาอีฟ เบย์ สําหรับภาษาไทย งานวิจัยนี้รวบรวมข้อมูลจากเฟซบุ๊กเพจของมหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช ซึ่งเป็นข้อมูลการแสดงความรู้สึกของนักศึกษา ที่ติดตามเฟซบุ๊กเพจของมหาวิทยาลัย เพื่อทําการวิเคราะห์ความรู้สึกของนักศึกษาแบบเรียลไทม์ด้วยนาอีฟ เบย์ จากหลักการพื้นฐานของการประมวลผลภาษาธรรมชาติด้วยวิธีการตัดคําภาษาไทย และประยุกต์ตัวจําแนกข้อมูลนาอีฟ เบย์ โดยผลลัพธ์ทั้งหมดสามารถแสดงผลแบบเรียลไทม์กับระบบจัดการคําคลังคําศัพท์ สรุปผลการวิเคราะห์ความรู้สึก เครื่องมือทดสอบประโยค และระบบแจ้งเตือนข้อความผ่านทางไลน์ ผลการวิจัยนี้ได้ผลลัพธ์ค่าความแม่นยําร้อยละ 80.03 ค่าเรียกคืนร้อยละ 90.52 ค่าความถูกต้อง 89.63 และการวัดประสิทธิภาพโดยรวมร้อยละ 84.81 ตามลําดับ

The purposes of this research were as follows: 1) to develop a real-time sentiment analysis system of students on Facebook using Naive Bayes classifier in Thai language, and 2) to evaluate the accuracy of precision and recall measures of real-time sentiment analysis system of students on Facebook using Naive Bayes classifier in Thai language. The research collected data from the Facebook page of Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University which comprise the sentiment expression of students who followed the university’s Facebook fan page. This method was employed as the means to perform an analysis of students’ a real-time sentiment analysis using Naive Bayes. From the fundamental principles of Natural Language Processing with a Thai word segmentation method and applied Naive Bayes Classifier. All results were able to demonstrate in real-time results of the vocabulary management system, the results of sentiment analysis, the tool for testing sentences, and Line notification system. The measurement results were80.03% for precision, 90.52% for recall, 89.63% for accuracy, and 84.81% for F-measure respectively
