Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ข้อมูลพื้นฐานของสมาชิกกลุ่มแม่บ้านเกษตรกรในจังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา (2) ประโยชน์ของงานเคหกิจเกษตรต่อครัวเรือนและระดับการได้รับการส่งเสริมด้านเคหกิจเกษตร (3) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับงานด้านเคหกิจเกษตร (4) ความต้องการการส่งเสริมด้านเคหกิจเกษตร (5) แนวทางการส่งเสริมด้านเคหกิจเกษตร ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) สมาชิกกลุ่มแม่บ้านเกษตรกรมีอายุเฉลี่ย 53.02 ปี ร้อยละ 59.8 จบการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา มีระยะเวลาการเป็นสมาชิกเฉลี่ย 11.34 ปี ทุกรายได้รับข้อมูลด้านเคหกิจเกษตรจากเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้รับผิดชอบงานเคหกิจเกษตร ส่วนใหญ่มีความสามารถด้านการแปรรูปและถนอมอาหาร ร้อยละ 45.1 ประกอบอาชีพทานาเป็นอาชีพหลัก มีสมาชิกในครัวเรือนเฉลี่ย 4.19 คน มีพื้นที่ทาการเกษตรเฉลี่ย 15.94 ไร่ มีแรงงานในครัวเรือนเฉลี่ย 2.66 คน มีรายได้รวมของครัวเรือนเฉลี่ย 175,000.00 บาทต่อปี รายจ่ายรวมของครัวเรือนเฉลี่ย 147,045.08 บาทต่อปี (2) มีความคิดเห็นว่าการลดรายจ่าย เพิ่มรายได้ การแปรรูปและถนอมอาหารเป็นประโยชน์ต่อครัวเรือนมากที่สุด ได้รับการส่งเสริมด้านจัดการครัวเรือนและสิ่งแวดล้อมน้อย (3) มีปัญหามากด้านการลดรายจ่าย เพิ่มรายได้และการจัดทำบัญชีครัวเรือน เสนอแนะ ให้มีการส่งเสริมการแปรรูปและถนอมอาหาร ส่งเสริมด้านอาชีพเสริม ให้ความรู้ด้านอาหารและโภชนาการ ส่งเสริมด้านการตลาดและให้ความสาคัญกับการรวมกลุ่ม (4) ต้องการความรู้ทุกด้านผ่านบุคคลราชการ โดยการสาธิต การฝึกปฏิบัติ และใช้คู่มือประกอบการเรียนรู้ โดยมีความต้องการความรู้และช่องทางการส่งเสริมผ่านทางวิทยุแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสาคัญที่ระดับ 0.05 (5) แนวทางการส่งเสริมด้านเคหกิจเกษตร มี 3 แนวทาง ได้แก่ การพัฒนาเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้รับผิดชอบงานเคหกิจเกษตรให้มีความรู้และทักษะในการส่งเสริมงานด้านเคหกิจเกษตร การส่งเสริมด้านเคหกิจเกษตรแบบมีส่วนร่วม และการส่งเสริมด้านเคหกิจเกษตรแบบบูรณาการ โดยจัดตั้งแหล่งเรียนรู้ด้านเคหกิจเกษตรประจำอำเภอ เพื่อพัฒนาให้ครัวเรือนของสมาชิกกลุ่มแม่บ้านเกษตรกรมีความกินดี อยู่ดี มีรายได้เพิ่มขึ้นและสามารถพึ่งพาตนเองได้อย่างยั่งยืน
The objectives of this study were to study (1) fundamental state of farm woman groups in Chachoengsao Province; (2) advantages of home economics for the farm woman groups; (3) their problems and suggestions on the home economics; (4) their extension needs of the home economics; and (5) the extension guidelines of the home economics. The population in this study were 71 farm woman groups in Chachoengsao Province, plus 11 officials who took responsibility for the home economics at a district level. 122 farm women from 61 farm woman groups were selected by using simple random sampling methodology specifying only 1 president and 1 member of each farm woman groups. The data were collected by interviewing the studied farm women using structured interview form, and set stages of group discussion to collect the data from the officials. The statistical methodology used to analyze the data by computer programs were frequency, percentage, minimum value, maximum value, mean, standard deviation and T-test. The findings of this study were as follows: (1) the average age of farm women who were members of the studied farm woman groups was 53.02 years. 59.8% of them were educated at the primary level. The average period of their being a member of a farm woman group was 11.34 years. All of them had received the information on the home economics from the officials who took responsibility for the home economics. They mostly had ability to process and preserve food. The main occupation of 45.1 % of them was a rice farmer. Their average number of household member and household labor were 4.19 persons and 2.66 persons respectively. The average of their agricultural area was 15.94 rai. The average of their household total income and expenditure was 175,000.00 baht/year and 147,045.08 baht/year respectively. (2) the studied farm women agreed that learning how to decrease their expenditure, to increase their income, to process and preserve food benefit them the most, while the extension on household management and environment was at low level. (3) the studied farm women had many problems in decreasing their expenditure, increasing their income, and doing their household account. They suggested that they should have been supported for processing and preserving food, supplied with supplemental occupations, transferred knowledge of food and nutrition, supported in the marketing aspect, and supported to unite with each other. (4) the studied farm women needed to be transferred knowledge in every aspect from government officials either by demonstrating, practicing, or studying from manuals. Leader and members need were significantly different in knowledge about home economics and channel in extension through radio broadcast at 0.05. (5) there were 3 extension guidelines on the home economics, these were to develop the officials who took responsibility for the home economics to have knowledge and skills in supporting the home economics; to support participatory activities of the home economics and to build integrated home economics activities by supporting the establishment of district’s home economics learning center aiming to improve the household’s standard of living, to increase their income and to support sustainable self-reliance.
