วัฒนธรรมทางการเมืองแบบประชาธิปไตย กรณีศึกษาคณะครูโรงเรียนบ้านดงมัน ตำบลคอโค อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสุรินทร์

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาวัฒนธรรมทางการเมืองแบบ ประชาธิปไตย กรณีศึกษาคณะครูโรงเรียนบ้านดงมัน ตำบลคอโค อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสุรินทร์ และ 2) เสนอแนะ แนวทางส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมทางการเมืองแบบประชาธิปไตยต่อคณะครูโรงเรียนบ้านดงมัน ตำบลคอโค อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสุรินทร์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) วัฒนธรรมการเมืองแบบประชาธิปไตยของคณะครูโรงเรียนบ้านดงมัน ยึดตามหลักการปกครองตามระบอบประชาธิปไตย โดยปฏิบัติตามหลักเกณฑ์ ดังนี้หลัก เสียงส่วนใหญ่และสิทธิเสียงส่วนน้อย รองลงมาคือ หลักความเสมอภาค ในการต่อสัเพื่อสิทธิของ ตนเองและการเคารพสิทธิของผู้อื่น หลักความยุติธรรม ความศรัทธาในระบอบการปกครองแบบ ประชาธิปไตย ในหลักนิติธรรม การมีจิตสำนึกในเรื่องสิทธิเสรีภาพ และความอดทนอดกลั้นต่อ ความคิดเห็นและพฤติกรรมที่แตกต่าง ตามลำดับ และ 2) ข้อเสนอแนะ ควรให้การศึกษาทางการ เมืองในระบอบประชาธิปไตยแก่ครูอย่างต่อเนื่อง และรัฐควรจัดสรรหนังสือเกี่ยวประชาธิปไตย และข้อกฎหมายต่างๆ พร้อมทั้งรัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทยให้ครูมีไว้เพื่อศึกษาหาความรู้ใน กฎหมายรัฐธรรมนูญเพิ่มเดิม

The objectives of this research are ( 1 ) to study the democratic political culture: a case study of Bandongmun School teachers in Corko Sub-District, Mueang District, Surin Province and (2) to propose a solutions to promote a democratic political culture to the teachers of Bandongmun School teachers in Corko Sub-District, Mueang District,Surin Province. The qualitative approach was used to apply in this research. Data collection was gathered from literature review and in-depth interview. Samplings were teachers in Bandongmun School (17 interviewees in total). Then, the data were analyzed using a content analysis method and a descriptive analysis method. This research found that (1) the democratic political culture of teachers in Bandongmun School follows the democratic principles. The democratic principles consists of the majority rule/minority rights, the equality of rights, the acceptance and respect of the other, the faith in democracy, the consciousness of freedom and the understanding of the different opinions and behaviors. (2) The proposed solutions are a continuously providing the democratic political education and book (related to democratic, law and Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand book) to teachers.
