การพัฒนาชุดฝึกอบรมทางไกล สำหรับครูสังคมศึกษา เรื่อง การพัฒนาการเรียนรู้มโนมติในกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สังคมศึกษา ศาสนา และวัฒนธรรม

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัดถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) พัฒนาชุดฝึกอบรมทางไกล สำหรับครูสังคมศึกษา เรื่อง การพัฒนามโนมติในกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สังคมศึกษา ศาสนา และวัฒนธรรม ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณท์ 80/80 (2) เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์การฝึกอบรมก่อนและหลังการฝึกอบรมของผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรม และ (3) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมที่มีต่อชุดฝึกอบรมทางไกล กลุ่มตัวอย่าง แบ่งเป็น 2 กลุ่ม คือ กลุ่มตัวอย่างสำหรับขั้นการทลลองใช้เบื้องต้น ได้แก่ ครูสังคมศึกษาที่สอนกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สังคมศึกษา ศาสนา และวัฒนธรรมจำนวน 39 คน และกลุ่มตัวอย่างสำหรับขั้นการ รหดลองใช้ในสถานการณ์จริง คือ ครูสังคมศึกษา ในเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาจังหวัดเชียงราย จำนวน 24 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ (1) ชุดฝึกอบรมทางไกล สำหรับครูสังคมศึกษาเรื่อง การพัฒนาการเรียนรู้โนมติในกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สังคมศึกกษา ศาสนา และ วัฒนธรรม (2) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ เพื่อวัดความรู้ความเข้าใจของครูสังคมศึกษา และ (3) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของครูสังคมศึกษาที่มีต่อชุดฝึกอบรมทางไกล การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่ประสิทธิภาพ E /E การทดสอบค่าที่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ชุดฝึกอบรมทางไกล สำหรับครูสังคมศึกษา เรื่อง การพัฒพาการเรียนรู้มโนมติในกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สังคมศึกยา ศาสนา และวัฒนธรรม จำนวน 3 หน่วยมีประสิทธิภาพดามเกณฑ์ 80/80 ตามที่กำหนดไว้ (2) ผลสัมฤทธิ์หลังการฝึกอบรมของผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมสูงกว่าก่อนการฝึกอบรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ (3) ความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมที่มีต่อเนื้อหาสาระที่นำเสนอในชุดฝึกอบรมทางไกล อยู่ในระดับความพึงพอใจมากที่สุด ความพึงพอไจที่มีต่อแนวการศึกษาชุดฝึกอบรมทางไกล อยู่ในระดับมาก และความพึงพอใจต่อรูปแบบของชุดฝึกอบรมทางไกล มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

The objectives of this research were (1) to develop a distance training package for social studies teachers on Development of Learning Concepts in the Social Studies, Religion and Culture Learning Area based on the 80/80 efficiency criterion; (2) to compare the pre-training and post-training achievements of trainees and (3) to study the satisfaction of trainees with the distance training package. The research sample comprised two groups. The first group was the research sample for preliminary try-out, consisted of 39 social studies teachers teaching in the Social Studies, Religion and Culture Learning Area. The second group was the research sample for experimentation in the real situation, consisted of 24 teachers from schools in Chiang Rai Education Service Areas. The instruments were (1) a distance training package for social studies teachers on Development of Learning Concepts in the Social Studies, Religion and Culture Learning Area; (2) a learning achievement test to assess knowledge and understanding of social studies teachers and (3) a questionnaire on satisfaction of social studies teachers with the distance training package. Data were analyzed using the E1/E2 efficiency index, t-test, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. Research findings showed that: (1)the distance training package for social studies teachers on Development of Learning Concepts in the Social Studies, Religion and Culture Learning Area were efficient based on the pre-determined 80/80 efficiency criterion; (2) the post-training achievement of the trainees was significantly higher than their pre-training counterpart achievement at the .05 level of statistical significance; and (3) the satisfaction of trainees with the contents presented in the training package was at the highest level; the satisfaction with the study guide of the training package was at the high level; and the satisfaction with the format of the distance training package was at the highest level
