ผลการใช้ชุดกิจกรรมแนะแนวเพื่อพัฒนาพฤติกรรมประชาธิปไตยในโรงเรียนของนักเรียนวัยรุ่นตอนต้น

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) เปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมประชาธิปไตยในโรงเรียน ระหว่างนักเรียนวัยรุ่นตอนต้นที่ได้รับการฝึก และไม่ได้รับการฝึกด้วยชุดกิจกรรมแนะแนว เพื่อพัฒนาพฤติกรรมประชาธิปไตยในโรงเรียน และ(2) เปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมประชาธิปไตย ในโรงเรียนของนักเรียนวัยรุ่นตอนต้นที่มีความพร้อมทางจิตต่างกัน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนวัยรุ่นตอนต้นชายและหญิงที่มีอายุระหว่าง 13-15 ปี จากโรงเรียนนครขอนแก่น จังหวัดขอนแก่น ปีการศึกษา 2551 ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง 2 ห้องเรียน รวมนักเรียน 60 คน สุ่มนักเรียนแต่ละคนเข้ากลุ่มวิจัย 2 กลุ่ม กลุ่มละ 30 คน จับสลาก ให้เป็นกลุ่มทดลองหนึ่งกลุ่ม และกลุ่มควบคุมหนึ่งกลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ (1) ชุดกิจกรรมแนะแนวเพื่อพัฒนาพฤติกรรมประชาธิปไตยในโรงเรียน จำนวน 10 กิจกรรม และ (2) แบบวัดจำนวน 4 แบบวัด คือ แบบวัดพฤติกรรมประชาธิปไตยในโรงเรียน แบบวัด เหตุผลเชิงจริยธรรม แบบวัดลักษณะมุ่งอนาคต-ควบคุมตน และแบบวัดความเชื่ออำนาจในตน ซึ่งมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .83, .86, .69 และ.70 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน แบบสองทาง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) นักเรียนวัยรุ่นตอนต้นที่ได้รับการฝึกด้วยชุดกิจกรรมแนะแนว เพื่อพัฒนาพฤติกรรมประชาธิปไตยในโรงเรียน มีพฤติกรรมประชาธิปไตยในโรงเรียนสูงกว่า นักเรียนที่ไม่ได้รับการฝึกด้วยชุดกิจกรรมแนะแนวเพื่อพัฒนาพฤติกรรมประชาธิปไตยในโรงเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ (2) นักเรียนวัยรุ่นตอนต้นที่มีความพร้อมทางจิตต่างกัน มีพฤติกรรมประชาธิปไตยในโรงเรียนไม่แตกต่างกัน

The research sample consisted of 60 purposively selected male and female Research findings revealed that (1) early adolescent students who were The purposes of this research were to: (1) compare democratic behaviors in school of early adolescent students who received training by a guidance activities package for development of democratic behaviors in school with those of students who did not receive such training; and (2) compare democratic behaviors in school of early adolescent students with different levels of psychological characteristics readiness. early adolescent students, aged 13 - 15 years, from two intact classrooms of Nakhon Khonkaen School, Khonkaen Province, in the 2008 academic year. One classroom of 30 students was randomly assigned as the experimental group; the other classroom also of 30 students, the control group. The employed research instruments consisted of (1) a guidance activities package for development of democratic behaviors in school, comprising 10 activities; and (2) four assessment scales, namely, a scale to assess democratic behaviors in school, a scale to assess moral reasoning, a scale to assess future orientation-self control, and a scale to assess the internal locus of control, with reliability coefficients of .83, .86, .69, and .70 respectively. Statistics for data analysis were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and analysis of variance. trained with the guidance activities package for development of democratic behaviors in school had significantly higher level of democratic behaviors in school, at the .05 level, than that of students who did not receive such training; and (2) early adolescent students with different levels of psychological characteristics readiness did not differ significantly in their democratic behaviors in school.
