Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของเยาวชนในสถานศึกษากรุงเทพมหานครที่มี ต่อสื่อ ทุกประเภทในหลักสูตรการฝึกอบรมการป้องกันโรคไข้หวัดนกด้วยสุขบัญญัติแห่งชาติ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ เยาวชนในสถานศึกษา กรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 291 คน โดยวิธีการเลือก แบบเจาะจง เฉพาะเยาวชนใช้สื่อในการอบรมการป้องกันไข้หวัดนกด้วยสุขบัญญัติแห่งชาติทุกประเภทของสื่อ เครื่องมือ ที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของเยาวชนในสถานศึกษากรุงเทพมหานครที่มีต่อสื่อในหลักสูตรการ ฝึกอบรม เรื่อง การป้องกันโรคไข้หวัดนกด้วยสุขบัญญัติแห่งชาติสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ความพึงพอใจของเยาวชนต่อสื่อในหลักสูตรโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเฉพาะนิทรรศการ เรื่อง การล้างมือ 7 ขั้นตอน มีความพึงพอใจมากกว่าสื่อประเภทอื่น ( 2) ความพึงพอใจของเยาวชนที่มีต่อ คุณภาพสื่อโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ในแต่ละคุณภาพของสื่อ ดังนี้ (2.1) เนื้อหาในสื่อ พบว่า ความชัดเจนในการอธิบาย เนื้อหาในสื่อ ได้แก่แผ่นปลิวเรื่อง การล้างมือ 7 ขั้นตอน การเรียบเรียงเนื้อหาในสื่อที่เข้าใจง่าย ได้แก่ นิทรรศการ เรื่อง การล้างมือ 7 ขั้นตอน เนื้อหาในสื่อเหมาะสมกบวัยของเยาวชนได้แก ั ่ นิทรรศการ เรื่อง การล้างมือ 7 ขั้นตอน ความน่าสนใจ เนื้อหาในสื่อในการน าเสนอ ได้แก่ นิทรรศการ เรื่อง การล้างมือ 7 ขั้นตอน และประโยชน์ที่ได้รับจากเนื้อหาในสื่อ ได้แก่ หนังสือเรื่อง“สิ่งที่ประชาชนควรรู้เกี่ยวกับโรคไข้หวัดนก” (2.2) ภาษาในสื่อเข้าใจง่่ายได้แก่ นิทรรศการ เรื่อง การเลือกซื้อ อาหารอย่างปลอดภัย (2.3) รูปภาพในสื่อ พบว่า ความสวยงามของรูปภาพที่ประกอบเนื้อหาในสื่อ ได้แก่ หนังสือ เรื่อง “สิ่งที่ประชาชนควรรู้เกี่ยวกบโรคไข้หวัดนก” รูปภาพที่ใช้สอดคล้องกับเนื้อหาในสื่อ ได้แก่ นิทรรศการ เรื่อง การปรุง อาหาร และการรับประทานอาหาร ความเหมาะสมในการใช้สีของรูปภาพ ได้แก่ หนังสือ เรื่อง เครือข่ายเยาวชนป้องกัน โรคไข้หวัดนก ขนาดของรูปภาพ ได้แก่ หนังสือ เรื่อง การรณรงค์และป้องกันโรคไข้หวัดนกและปริมาณของรูปภาพ ได้แก่ นิทรรศการ เรื่อง การปรุงอาหารและการรับประทานอาหาร (2.4) ตัวอักษรในสื่อ พบว่า ขนาดของตัวอักษรที่มีความเหมาะสม ได้แก่ หนังสือ เรื่อง การรณรงค์และป้องกันโรคไข้หวัดนก สีของตัวอักษรที่มีเหมาะสมได้แก่ หนังสือ เรื่อง การรณรงค์และป้องกันโรคไข้หวัดนก และรูปแบบของตัวอักษรที่มีความเหมาะสม ได้แก่ นิทรรศการ เรื่อง การปรุงอาหาร และการรับประทานอาหาร (2.5) ประโยชน์ที่ได้รับจากการใช้สื่อ พบว่า ได้รับความรู้และความสนุกสนานจากสื่อ ได้แก่ หนังสือ เรื่อง เครือข่ายเยาวชนป้องกันโรคไข้หวัดนก สื่อที่จดจำ ได้นาน ได้แก่ นิทรรศการ เรื่อง การล้างมือ 7 ขั้นตอน และ (2.6) สื่อที่นำไปปฏิบัติได้ ได้แก่ หนังสือ เรื่อง เครือข่ายเยาวชนป้องกันโรคไข้หวัดนก และ (3)ความพึงพอใจของ เยาวชนที่มีต่อสื่อที่ใช้ในกิจกรรม อยูในระดับมาก พบว่าเยาวชนได้มีโอกาสศึกษาด้วยตนเองจากสื่อ
The objective of this research was to study the satisfaction of students in Bangkok metropolitan schools with all training media of the Avian Influenza Prevention with the National Health Prescription Training Program. The research sample consisted of 291 purposive selected students in Bangkok metropolitan schools who used every media of received training in the Avian Influenza Prevention with the National Health Prescription Training Program. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire on satisfaction of students with training media of the Avian Influenza Prevention with the National Health Prescription Training Program. Statistics for data analysis were the percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Research findings were that (1) the overall satisfaction of students with training media of the Program was at the high level; (2) the satisfaction of students with overall quality of the training media was at the high level, comprising high level satisfaction with the following quality aspects of the media: (2.1) regarding the media contents, students were highly satisfied with the following aspects: on clarity of explanation in the brochure on “Seven Steps of Hand Washing”; on using easy to understand language in the exhibition on “Seven Steps of Hand Washing”; on the media contents being appropriate to the student’s age in the exhibition on “Seven Steps of Hand Washing”; on the media content presentation being interesting in the exhibition on “Seven Steps of hand Washing”; on benefits obtained from the media contents in the booklet on “What the People Should Know about Avian Influenza”; (2.2) regarding the media language being easy to understand, students were highly satisfied with the language usage in the exhibition on “Safely Selection of Food to Buy”; (2.3) regarding media illustration, students were highly satisfied with the following aspects: on the media illustration being beautiful in the booklet on “What the People Should Know about Avian Influenza”; on the illustration being relevant to the media content in the exhibition on “Food Preparation and Food consumption”; on the appropriateness of the coloring of illustration in the booklet on “Youth Network for Prevention of Avian Influenza”; on the size of illustration in the booklet on “Campaign and Prevention against Avian Influenza”; and on the amount of illustration in the exhibition on “Food Preparation and Food Consumption”; (2.4) regarding the letters in the media, students were highly satisfied with the following aspects: on appropriateness of the size of letters in the booklet on “Campaign and Prevention against Avian Influenza”; on appropriateness of the color of letters in the booklet on “Campaign and Prevention against Avian Influenza”; and on appropriateness of the model of letters in the exhibition on “Food Preparation and Food Consumption”; (2.5) regarding the benefits received from using the media, students were highly satisfied with the following aspects: on receiving both the knowledge and fun from the media in the booklet on “Youth Network for Prevention of Avian Influenza”; and long lasting remembrance received from the media in the exhibition on “Seven Steps of Hand Washing”; and (2.6) regarding the media providing information feasible for practice, students were highly satisfied with the booklet on “Youth Network for Prevention of Avian Influenza”; and (3) regarding the satisfaction of students with the media used in the activities, it was found that the students were highly satisfied with the opportunity for self-learning from the media.
