Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพทางสังคม และสภาพทางเศรษฐกิจของเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกข้าวสังข์หยด 2) ศึกษาสภาพการผลิตข้าวสังข์หยดเพื่อการค้าของเกษตรกร ในปีการผลิต 2561/2562 3) ศึกษาศักยภาพในการปฏิบัติการเกษตรที่ดีที่เหมาะสมของเกษตรกรเพื่อการผลิตข้าวสังข์หยด 4) ศึกษาปัญหาของเกษตรกรในการผลิตข้าวสังข์หยดเพื่อการค้า และ 5) ศึกษาความต้องการของเกษตรกรในการรับการส่งเสริมการผลิตข้าวสังข์หยดเพื่อการค้าในอำเภอควนขนุน จังหวัดพัทลุง ประชากรที่ศึกษาเป็นเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกข้าวสังข์หยดที่ขึ้นทะเบียนเกษตรกรกับสำนักงานเกษตร อำเภอควนขนุน จังหวัดพัทลุง ปีการผลิต 2561/2562 จำนวน 998 ครัวเรือน สุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่ายได้จำนวนตัวอย่าง 170 ตัวอย่าง ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล และทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1) เกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุเฉลี่ย 59.01 ปี การศึกษาในระดับประถมศึกษา เป็นสมาชิกกลุ่มสถาบันเกษตรกร จำนวนสมาชิกในครัวเรือนเฉลี่ย 4.29 คน มีรายได้ภาคเกษตรเฉลี่ย 48,275.88 บาทต่อปี รายจ่ายภาคเกษตรเฉลี่ย 24,714.24 บาท ต้นทุนในการทำนาเฉลี่ย 14,417.24 บาทต่อปี พื้นที่ถือครองการเกษตรเฉลี่ย 12.68 ไร่ และเป็นเจ้าของกรรมสิทธิ์ 2) เกษตรกรมีพื้นที่ปลูกข้าวสังข์หยดเฉลี่ย 4.24 ไร่ ปลูกแบบหว่านน้ำตม ใช้แรงงานเฉลี่ย 1.82 คน ใช้เทคโนโลยีในการเตรียมดินเก็บเมล็ดไว้ทำพันธุ์เอง อาศัยน้ำฝนอย่างเดียว ใช้ทั้งปุ๋ยเคมีและปุ๋ยอินทรีย์ ไม่มีการกำจัดวัชพืช โรคและแมลง และการควบคุมการออกรวง มีการจ้างรถเกี่ยว/นวดข้าว เกษตรกรมีหนี้สินที่กู้จากสหกรณ์การเกษตร และ ธ.ก.ส มีต้นทุนปลูกข้าวสังข์หยดเฉลี่ย 3,171.92 บาท ส่วนใหญ่ไม่ได้เข้าร่วมกลุ่มในการปลูกหรือการแปรรูปข้าวสังข์หยด ผลผลิตส่วนใหญ่ขายเป็นข้าวเปลือก ไม่มีการแปรรูป ราคาข้าวส่วนใหญ่พ่อค้าเป็นผู้กำหนด ได้รับชำระเงินค่าข้าวทันทีขณะที่ขายข้าว 3) เกษตรกรมีการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีเป็นบางครั้งในภาพรวมมากที่สุดเรื่องการขนย้าย การเก็บรักษา และการรวบรวมข้าวเปลือก 4) เกษตรกรมีปัญหาการผลิตข้าวสังข์หยดเพื่อการค้าในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยมีปัญหาด้านแหล่งน้ำมากที่สุด และ 5) เกษตรกรมีความต้องการส่งเสริมการผลิตข้าวสังข์หยดเพื่อการค้าในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีความต้องการเรื่องการจัดจำหน่ายข้าวสังข์หยดมากที่สุด
The purposes of the study were 1) to study personal information, social and economic conditions of the farmers who grew Sangyod rice, 2) to study the conditions of Sangyod rice production for trade of the farmers in the production year of 2017/2018, 3) to study the potentials of agricultural operations suitable for the farmers for Sangyod rice production, 4) to study the problems of the farmers in the production of Sangyod rice, and 5) to study the requirements of the farmers to acquire the support for Sangyod rice production for trade in Khuankhanun District, Pattalung Province. The populations studied were 998 households of farmers who grew Sangyod rice and registered as farmers at Khuankanun Agricultural District Office, Pattalung Province in the production year of 2017/2018. 170 samples were acquired from taking simple random and questionnaires were used to collect data. Descriptive statistic was used for data analysis namely frequency, percentage, average and standard deviation. As from the study, it was found that 1) most of the farmers were female, with the average age of 59.0 years old and holding a primary school level of education degree. They were members of agricultural groups and having the average family members of 4.29. Their average agricultural income was 48,275.88 baht per year and the average agricultural expenditure was 24,714.24 baht. The average cost of rice farming was 14,417.24 baht per year. The occupied land for agriculture was 12.68 rai and they were the land owners. 2) The farmers had the average area for growing Sangyod rice at 4.24 rai. The method used was rice sowing. The average labors used was 1.82. They used technology for soil preparation, stored paddy seeds for reproducing and solely relied on rain water. They used both chemical and organic fertilizers and did not use any methods for weeding, diseases, insects or controlling grain production. They hired machine car for harvesting and threshing paddy. The farmers borrowed loans from Agricultural Cooperatives and Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives. The average cost of growing Sangyod rice was 3,171.92 baht. Most of them did not participate in paddy-growing groups or Sangyod rice-processing groups. Most of the products were sold in a form of paddies; there was no processing. The rice merchants determined most of the prices of the rice and received the payment right after selling them. 3)Farmers sometimes had good agricultural practices in general, mostly regarding the transportation, storage and collection of paddy 4) Farmers had problems in the production of Sangyod rice for general trade at a moderate level with the most of water problem. 5) The farmers wanted to promote the production of Sangyod rice for trade in general at a high level, with the highest demand for Sangyod rice distribution.
