Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตฤประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ระดับปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการ ปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาจังหวัดนราธิวาส (2) เปรียบเทียบปัจจัยทีมีผล ต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาจังหวัดนราธิวาส (3) เสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากร สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษาจังหวัดนราธิวาส กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือบุคลากรระดับปฏิบัติการใน 1) สำนักงานเขตพื้นทีการศึกษานราธิวาส เขต 1 จำนวน 97 คน 2) สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษานราธิวาส เขต 2 จำนวน 80 คน และ 3) สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษานราธิวาส เขต 3 จำนวน 58 คน รวมทั้งสิ้นจำนวน 235 คน เครื่องมือ ที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเที่ยง .95 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ รัอยละ ค่าเฉลีย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (ANOVA)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) บุคลากรสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาจังหวัดนราธิวาส มีระดับ ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) เมื่อเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงาน จำแนกตามปัจจัยด้านต่างๆ ในภาพรวม พบว่า ไม่ทำให้ประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานแตกต่างกัน (3) ข้อเสนอแนะให้สำนักงานเขตพื้นทีการศึกษาจังหวัด นำปัจจัยทั้ง 4 ด้าน มาปรับปรุงพัฒนาเพื่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากร
The objectives of this research were to study : (1) the level ot the factors affecting the efficiency of the officials’ task performance of Narathiwat Educational Service Area ;(2)compare the factors affecting the efficiency of the officials’ task performance of Narathiwat Educational Service Area ; and (3) recommend the improving factors affecting the efficiency of the officials’ task performance of Narathiwat Educational Service Area. The selected samples of this research were : (1) 97 officials of Narathiwat Educational Service Area 1 ; (2) 80 officials of Narathiwat Educational Service Area 2;and 3) 58 officials of Narathiwat Educational Service Area 3 ; totally of 235 samples. The instrument use was a questionnaire with reliability value of .95. Statistics used for data analysis , included percentage , mean , standard deviation 11- test , and ANOVA The research found that : (1) the overall opinion about the affecting factors of the officials’ task performance was at the high level; (2) when comparing 4 factors 1there were no different efficiencies; (3) for suggestion, the 4 affecting factors should be improved for the efficiency.
