การส่งเสริมการผลิตมะม่วงตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีของเกษตรกรในอำเภอหนองแซง จังหวัดสระบุรี

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพทางสังคมและเศรษฐกิจของเกษตรกร 2) สภาพการผลิตมะม่วงของเกษตรกร 3) ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการผลิตมะม่วงตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีของเกษตรกร 4) ความต้องการการส่งเสริมการผลิตมะม่วงตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีของเกษตรกร 5) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการส่งเสริมการผลิตมะม่วงตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีของเกษตรกร การวิจัยนี้เป็นงานวิจัยแบบสำรวจ ประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ เกษตรกรผู้ผลิตมะม่วงในอำเภอหนองแซง จังหวัดสระบุรี ที่ขึ้นทะเบียนกับกรมส่งเสริมการเกษตร ปี 2565/66 จำนวน 182 ราย กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตร ทาโร ยามาเน ที่ระดับความคลาดเคลื่อน 0.05 ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 126 ราย โดยวิธีสุ่มแบบง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือแบบสัมภาษณ์ และวิเคราะห์ด้วยการแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าต่ำสุด ค่าสูงสุด ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการจัดอันดับ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) เกษตรกรเป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุเฉลี่ย 60.20 ปี จบการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา มีประสบการณ์ในการผลิตมะม่วงเฉลี่ย 7.53 ปี และเข้ารับการฝึกอบรมมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีในรอบปีที่ผ่านมาเฉลี่ย 0.72 ครั้งต่อปี มีรายได้จากการผลิตมะม่วงเฉลี่ย 11,427.38 บาทต่อปี มีรายจ่ายที่ใช้ในการผลิตมะม่วงเฉลี่ย 1,769.29 บาทต่อปี พื้นที่ในการผลิตมะม่วงเฉลี่ย 3.05 ไร่ 2) เกษตรกรปลูกมะม่วงพันธุ์น้ำดอกไม้ ดินที่ปลูกเป็นดินเหนียว ปลูกมะม่วงระยะห่าง2.5x2.5 เมตร มีการปรับปรุงบำรุงดินและเก็บเกี่ยวมะม่วงในช่วงเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ – เมษายน โรคที่พบคือโรคช่อดอกดำ และเพลี้ยจั๊กจั่น ผลผลิตมะม่วงเฉลี่ย 223.17 กิโลกรัมต่อไร่ จำหน่ายมะม่วงราคาเฉลี่ย 55.00 บาทต่อกิโลกรัม 3) เกษตรกรมีความรู้ในการผลิตมะม่วงตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีในระดับมาก ในประเด็นด้านการเก็บเกี่ยวและการปฏิบัติหลังการเก็บเกี่ยว 4) เกษตรกรมีความต้องการการส่งเสริมระดับมากที่สุด ในประเด็นด้านระบบมาตรฐานการผลิต คือต้องการให้มะม่วงที่ได้รับมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี จำหน่ายในราคาที่สูงกว่ามะม่วงทั่วไป 5) เกษตรกรมีปัญหาเรื่องขาดการสนับสนุนให้มะม่วงที่ได้รับมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี ประเด็น การจำหน่ายในราคาที่สูงขึ้น และมีข้อเสนอแนะ ควรมีการรวมกลุ่มของเกษตรผู้ผลิตมะม่วงที่ได้รับมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี เพื่อเสริมสร้างอำนาจการต่อรองในการเจรจาและปกป้องผลประโยชน์ให้แก่สมาชิกภายในกลุ่ม

The objectives of this research were to study 1) social and economic conditions, 2) the conditions of mango production, 3) the knowledge of mango production accordance with good agriculture practices, 4) extension needs of mango production accordance with good agriculture practices. And 5) problems and recommendations of production accordance with good agriculture practices. The research was survey method. The population consisted of 182 mango farmers in in Nong Saeng District, Saraburi Province who registered with the Department of Agricultural Extension in the production year of 2022/2023. The 126-sample size was based on Taro Yamane formula with an error value of 0.05 through simply random sampling method. Structured interviews were used for data collection. Statistics used were frequency, percentage, minimum, maximum, mean, standard deviation, and ranking. The results indicated the following: 1) Most of the farmers were females. The average age was 60.20 years and graduated at elementary school. The average experience in mango production 7.53 years and attended training on good agricultural practices standards in the past year an average of 0.72 times per year, earned income from mango production on average 11,427.38 baht per year, the average expenses used in producing mango 1,769.29 baht per year, areas in average mango production was 3.05 rai. 2) Farmers grow Nam Dok Mai mangoes. The soil in which it was grown, clay. Mangoes were planted at a distance of 2.5x2.5 meters. The soil was improved and the mangoes were harvested during February - April. The disease found were black inflorescence disease and cicada aphids. The average mango yield was 223.17 kilograms per rai. Mangoes were sold at an average price of 55.00 baht per kilogram. 3) Farmers had a high level of knowledge in producing mangoes according to good agricultural practice standards. on issues of harvest and post-harvest practices. 4) The extension needs at high lever on issue of extension a system of production standards, farmers need that the mangoes with good agricultural practices standards sold at a higher price than general mangoes. 5) The problem of extension needs, the lack of support for mangoes that good agricultural practice standards, sold at a higher price. The suggestions should be a group of mango-producing farmers who received good agricultural practice standards, to strengthen bargaining power in negotiations and protect the interests of members within the group.
