Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) พัฒนาชุดเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเองเพื่อพัฒนาวิชาชีพครู ที่มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด สำหรับครูกลุ่มโรงเรียนสองแคว สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาน่านเขต 2 (2) ศึกษาผลการเรียนรู้ก่อนและหลังการศึกษาจากชุดเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเอง ของครูกลุ่มโรงเรียนสองแคว สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาน่านเขต 2 และ (3) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อชุดเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเอง ของครูกลุ่มโรงเรียนสองแคว สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาน่านเขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูกลุ่มโรงเรียนสองแคว ที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ใน ปีการศึกษา 2556 จำนวน 96 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย ชุดเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเองเพื่อพัฒนาวิชาชีพครู แบบประเมินผลการเรียนก่อนและหลัง การศึกษาชุดเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเอง และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของครูที่มีต่อชุดเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเอง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าประสิทธิภาพ E1/E2 ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาปรากฏว่า (1) ชุดเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเองที่พัฒนาขื้นมีค่าประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด 90/90 คือ 90.44/92.00 (2) ผลการเรียนรู้หลังการศึกษาจากชุดเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเอง ของครูกลุ่มโรงเรียนสองแควสูงกว่าผลการเรียนรู้ก่อนการศึกษา และ (3) ครูกลุ่มโรงเรียนสองแคว ที่ใช้ชุดเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเองเพื่อพัฒนาวิชาชีพครูมีความพึงพอใจโดยภาพรวมต่อชุดเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเองในระดับมากที่สุด
The purposes of this research were (1) to develop a self-learning package for development of teaching profession based on the pre-determined efficiency criterion for Song Khwae School Group teachers under Nan Primary Education Service Area Office 2; (2) to study learning achievements before and after studying from the self-learning package of Song Khwae School Group teachers under Nan Primary Education Service Area Office 2; and (3) to study the satisfaction with the self-learning package of Song Khwae School Group teachers under Nan Primary Education Service Area Office 2. The research sample consisted of 96 Song Khwae School Group teachers working in the 2013 academic year, obtained by stratified random sampling. The employed research instruments comprised a self-learning package for development of teaching profession, a learning achievement test for pre-testing and post-testing, and a questionnaire on teacher’s satisfaction with the self-learning package. Statistics for data analysis were the E1/E2 index, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Research findings showed that (1) the developed self-learning package was efficient at 90.44/92.00, thus meeting the set 90/90 efficiency criterion; (2) the teachers’ learning achievement after studying from the self-learning package was higher than their learning achievement before studying from the self-learning package; and (3) the overall satisfaction with the self-learning package for development of teaching profession of Song Khwae School Group teachers was at the highest level.
