Abstract
การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ความสามารถในการเผชิญปัญหาและอุปสรรคของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลชุมแพ จังหวัดขอนแก่น (2) ผลลัพธ์ทางการพยาบาลตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความสามารถในการเผชิญปัญหาและอุปสรรคกับผลลัพธ์ทางการพยาบาลตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพยาบาลวิชาชีพระดับปฏิบัติการที่ปฏิบัติงานในกลุ่มการพยาบาล โรงพยาบาลชุมแพ จำนวน 105 คน ที่ได้จากการสุ่มแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถาม ประกอบด้วย 3 ส่วน ได้แก่ ส่วนที่ 1 ข้อมูลทั่วไป ส่วนที่ 2 ความสามารถในการเผชิญปัญหาและอุปสรรค และส่วนที่ 3 ผลลัพธ์ทางการพยาบาล มีค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามส่วนที่ 2 และส่วนที่ 3 เท่ากัน คือ 0.92 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ความสามารถในการเผชิญปัญหาและอุปสรรคของพยาบาลวิชาชีพอยู่ในระดับสูง (2) ผลลัพธ์ทางการพยาบาลตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพอยู่ในระดับสูง(3) ความสามารถในการเผชิญปัญหาและอุปสรรคด้านการเข้าสู่ปัญหาและด้านความอดทนต่อความยืดเยื้อของอุปสรรค มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับต่ำ กับผลลัพธ์ทางการพยาบาลตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลชุมแพ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
The purposes of this descriptive research were: (1) to examine adversity quotient of professional nurses at Chumphae hospital, KhonKaen province, (2) to explore nursing outcomes as perceived by professional nurses, and (3) to find the relationship between adversity quotient and nursing outcomes as perceived by professional nurses. One hundred and five professional nurses worked at nursing department in Chumphae hospital were selected by purposive sampling. Questionnaires were used as research tools and consisted of three parts: demographic data, adversity quotient, and nursing outcome. The reliabilities of the second and the third part were equal to 0.92. Frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient were used to analyze data. The results revealed as follows. (1) Professional nurses rated their adversity quotient at the high level. (2) They also rated their nursing outcomes at the high level. Finally, (3) there were statistically and significantly positive relationship between adversity quotient in a domain of reach, in a domain of endurance, and nursing outcomes at the low level (p < 0.05)
