การดำเนินงานชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาสหวิทยาเขตชุมพร 2

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาสภาพการดำเนินงานชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาสหวิทยาเขตชุมพร 2 (2) ศึกษาสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการดำเนินงานชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาสหวิทยาเขตชุมพร 2 และ (3) ศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นในการดำเนินงานชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาสหวิทยาเขตชุมพร 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอน จำนวน 217 คน ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาสหวิทยาเขตชุมพร 2 กำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างครูผู้สอนโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับสภาพการดำเนินงานและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการดำเนินงานชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพในโรงเรียน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) สภาพปัจจุบันของการดำเนินงานชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาสหวิทยาเขตชุมพร 2 อยู่ในระดับมากทั้งในภาพรวมและขั้นตอนการดำเนินงาน (2) สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการดำเนินงานชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาสหวิทยาเขตชุมพร 2 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยขั้นตอนการดำเนินงานมีสภาพที่พึงประสงค์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ส่วนขั้นตอนอื่น ๆ มีสภาพที่พึงประสงค์อยู่ในระดับมาก และ (3) ความต้องการจำเป็นของการดำเนินงานชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สหวิทยา เขตชุมพร 2 เรียงตามลำดับความต้องการจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ การดำเนินงานขั้นวางแผน การดำเนินงานขั้นสังเกตผลการปฏิบัติงาน การดำเนินงานขั้นลงมือปฏิบัติ และการดำเนินงานขั้นสะท้อนผล ตามลำดับ

The objectives of this research were (1) to study the actual operational condition of professional learning community in Chumphon School Consortium 2 secondary schools; (2) to study the expected operational condition of professional learning community in Chumphon School Consortium 2 secondary schools; and (3) to study the needs for the operation of professional learning community in Chumphon School Consortium 2 secondary schools. The research sample consisted of 217 school administrators and teachers in Chumphon School Consortium 2 secondary schools. The sample size was determined based on Krejcie and Morgan’s Sample Size Table. The teachers were obtained by stratified random sampling. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire dealing with the actual and expected operational conditions of professional learning community in schools. Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, and PNImodified. Research findings showed that (1) both the overall and specific steps of the current operational condition of professional learning community in Chumphon School Consortium 2 secondary schools were rated at the high level; (2) the whole of expected operational condition of professional learning community in Chumphon School Consortium 2 secondary schools was rated at the high level, while the expected operational step was rated at the highest level, and the other steps were rated at the high level; and (3) the needs for the operation of professional learning community in Chumphon School Consortium 2 secondary schools could be ranked from top to bottom were the planning step of operation, the performance result observation step of operation, the practice step of operation, and the result reflection step of operation, respectively.
