Abstract
การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ระดับความสำคัญของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการดำเนินงานตามระบบบริหารคุณภาพ ISO 9001:2008 (2) เปรียบเทียบผลความสำเร็จในการดำเนินงานตามระบบ บริหารคุณภาพ ISO 9001:2008 จำแนกตามคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคล และ (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จกับผลความสำเร็จในการดำเนินงานตามระบบบริหารคุณภาพ ISO 9001:2008 การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรที่ศึกษาคือพนักงานในโรงงานแปรรูปผลิตภัณฑ์สเตนเลสม้วนครบวงจร ในเขตตำบลบางจาก อำเภอพระประแดง จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ จำนวน 142 คน การกำหนด ขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้วิธีของ ทาโร ยามาเน่ ได้ขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 105 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ใน การวิจัยคือแบบสอบถามการซึ่งได้รับการตรวจสอบความตรงจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 3 คน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน และสัมประสิทธิสหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ในภาพรวมปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความสำเร็จในการดำเนินงานตามระบบบริหาร คุณภาพ ISO 9001:2008 ทั้ง 8 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการให้ความสำคัญกับลูกค้า ด้านความเป็นผู้นำ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากร ด้านการบริหารเชิงกระบวนการ ด้านการบริหารที่เป็นระบบ ด้านการปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง ด้านการตัดสินใจบนพื้นฐานความเป็นจริง และด้านความสัมพันธ์กับผู้ขายเพื่อประโยชน์ร่วมกัน ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จ ในระดับมาก (2) ความแตกต่างของปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน และตำแหน่งงาน ไม่ส่งผลต่อภาพรวมของความสำเร็จในการดำเนินงานตามระบบบริหารคุณภาพ ISO 9001:2008 (3) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จกับผลความสำเร็จในการดำเนินงานตามระบบบริหารคุณภาพ ISO 9001:2008 มีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวกโดยมีความสัมพันธ์กันในระดับปานกลาง
The purposes of this study were: (1) to study the factors affected the success of implementing the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008; (2) to compare the success of Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 classified by personal characteristics; and 3) to study the relationship between factors affected the success and the success of implementing the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008. The study was a survey research. The total population was 142 employees of the Stainless Steel Coil Products manufacturing in Bangchak sub-district, Prapradang District, Samutprakarn Province. The sample size was 105 employees calculated by Yamane’s formula. The research tool was a set of questionnaires inspected the content validity by 3 experts. The data was analyzed by using descriptive statistics: percentage, means, standard deviation and inferential statistics: t-Test, analysis of variance and Person Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The results showed that: (1) overall factors affected the success of implementing Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 eight aspects namely customer oriented, leadership, staff involvement, process approach, system approach, continual improvement, factual approach to decision making and supplier relationship of mutual benefit were at high level; (2) the difference of personal characteristics did not affect the success of Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008; and (3) factors affected the success related moderately in the same direction to the success of implementing the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008.
